      Although I had a great painting experience with Muse Paintbar in *********, *******, **, I was extremely disappointed with the process of the online booking. When you reserve your paint party, you must place a $50 food order, and someone will contact you to confirm. They also were to connect with you before your event (per an email I received) before your event. This never happened with me. The day of my event I didn't receive what I purchased in the beginning. All I ordered was **************** I communicated that when I completed the survey their "customer service" person stated I didn't order anything, no one was to contact me before the event and technically, I wasn't getting back the initial $50. I didn't ask for a refund, I suggested I get a free painting session in good faith. I had emailed them several times throughout the day. I kept receiving emails with links that never resolved my issue/complaint.They sent me a $10 coupon for a painting session, in which I declined. This coupon did no justice for me especially after I gave them over $600 for a reserved party.
