A rebate for $25.00 was submitted on 1/26/25 for a product purchased at *******. A status inquiry confirms the rebate was approved. As of 5/25/25, I have not received the rebate check. Based on the companies 1 -2 week review period and 8-10 weeks to issue the rebate, I should have received the rebate by April 19. Please request expedited issuance of the rebate. If the company states they have previously mailed, it was not received and the prior issuance should be voided and a new rebate check sent. This appears to be a common issue with this company based on online commentary.Business Response

Battery was installed 1/23/25. My Rebate Form and Installation Receipt was submitted online on 1/24/25. Several weeks later I went on the Rebate Status Site (**********************************************) it indicated that my Rebate was Approved. It has shown that for the last 14 weeks and does not show that the rebate has been sent out. Phone calls and e-mails to the Data Rebate Consumer Service Center have resulted in statements that it takes at least 8-10 weeks from Approval for the rebate to be made or have gone unanswered altogether. It has been 17 weeks since the appropriate forms were submitted, and I have not received the rebate. Require Delivery of the $25 Prepaid Rebate Card from the Data Rebate Consumer Service Center.Business Response

*************** provided a $150 rebate opportunity on their VR EVO 10 Winch which I purchased from Northridge 4x4. Upon receipt I immediately went on line to submit the rebate at datarebate.com. The site is poorly constructed, provides no confirmation that the rebate was submitted so I did the process more than once. Additionally, in the box within the winch there was a notice that Warn was also providing a $100 credit due to the loss of the Wireless feature of the unit. I went back to datarebate to enter the information for the credit. Again in a poorly constructed website form to obviously cause confusion and frustration so customers give up on their effort. No responses or updates are emailed to you, so after checking 8 weeks later (since that's their expected timeframe) all of my submissions were rejected EXCEPT the cheaper wireless function credit for $100. They are now claiming that it is past the post marked due for the rebate. This is a result of a significantly poor process and online form that doesn't work and provides no confirmation or notification and now the customer (me) is out $150 which is the ONLY reason I purchased the unit in the first place. If I had known that *************** was using this company and how bd they are. I would have NEVER purchased this product/Customer Answer

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution has not been rectified. The status of my rebate states the check has not been mailed. ************ diverted, responsibility to the mail system. They never mentioned the numerous phone messages I left and received no response. Their voice message is generic stating they are always busy helping order customers and will respond back to messages within one business day. Unacceptable and lack of integrity on their part.
Sincerely,
