      This is a pool maintenance company who has fraudulently overcharged for services not provided. I had prepaid $600+ $2250 for pool cleaning. My pool had a lot of debris as the winter cover fell. This was explained to the business before hiring them and it was agreed to vacuum and clean the pool. They made a bill of over **** over 2.5 months without even vacuuming once and the pool was exactly the same as before apart from connecting a overground plastic pipe. We have tenants on the property who witnessed everything and no cleaning was actually done. most of the times their personnel showed up even without the appropriate equipment and we were still charged for those visits and services not done. After that I had to hire another professional who did the actual job in half the price and within 2 weeks. I was charged over ****$ for no service , falsely documenting things were done which were actually never done and fraudulent charges and wasted about 3 months of summer which was the swimming season to begin with.
