      Mr. *** ******* ( sales person from Quest solar) hide valuable information which could be very vital to the decision of the agreement. I specifically notified sales person and his supervisor (**** *******) that i want to install the solar panel next year (2025) March. But sales person informed me that the agreement can be signed now and installation could be done later. I also not been informed that there is going to be bank fee for my home-improvement check (Kitchen improvement loan added for $16000. But I will get the check around $11 000 only after the solar installation). This vital information wasn't informed prior to signing the contract even after asking through text message. Lastly solar installation date was scheduled on Tuesday (11/12) without even informing me. In addition to that, I was a promised a balcony by sales person with the roof (home and garrage) ,and gutter. These also weren't listed on the greement. I figured out all of these the day of roof installation ( Friday, 11/8) from the contractor of the roof. On 11/4, sales person confirmed the date of roof installation but he didn't informed that they did not get approval for the balcony. The roof installation was completed (only main house and garrage, didn't change the gutter and install the balcony that was promised). I am willing to pay for the roof over the time period (12 months) with no interest including 20 years of warranty. Please note, the cost listed for the roofing is $ ********* and i need discount of $5000.00 sice gutter and balcony wasn't completeed. I can't stay with false agreement of solar and don't want to pay any cancelation fee since I have not been informed and advised properly with accurate information. Now i am mentally disturbed and it's impacting my daily activities. I canceled the agreement and informed my offer. However, they didn't respect and notified me will take legal action. Requesting ***'S assistance.

      My appointment with quest representative was set for October 4, 2022. I met with quest solar representative ********. We discussed the cost for financing solar panels, payments as far as monthy costs before tax credits, billing as far as paying you energy company for the inverter/when not enough solar energy is produced by your panels, and the expected process for installation of the panels. ******** was great. My installation was January 16, 2023. The installation was completed in one day. I was told someone would reach out to me for the inspection of my panels. Numerous attempts were made to get my "inspection" Completed. The tech came earlier then scheduled one day and no one was home to accommodate. Then one the same day refused to return at the scheduled time. Weeks later the inspection was completed in March. I was told the city had to approve the permits to turn on the panels. This took 3 months. On June 6 I was told, my panels were turned on. In August I noticed My energy bill had not decreased. I contacted my energy company and they informed Me that my solar panels were not ON! I contacted Quest. Autoro came setup a wifi connection and got my panels running. I was very upset that I was paying for panels that had been setup but not work for almost 8 months. I contacted quest numerous times speaking to ***** Always being told someone would get back to me/management is away/ out of the office. Or excuses like only Autoro could discuss why I was paying for panels that were not working. I also realized after heavy rain there were 3 leaks in my attic. I reported it to quest. Today (12/3/23) still no one has contacted me about my compensation for solar payments from June when I was informed my solar panels were ON but were not. Nevermind, the fact that I had panels installed in January & began payment in February. I have not been contacted for repairs to my roof for leaks.
