On October 21, 2023, Nicki’s Diapers was brought to the attention of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) when a consumer filed a complaint.
The consumer expressed concerns about the business discontinuing its rewards program without prior warning, which led to the loss of rewards that had already been earned. When the consumer reached out to Nicki’s Diapers for clarification, they were only offered a coupon with a percentage off. BBB attempted to contact the business regarding the consumer's concerns, but the complaint went unanswered.

It appears that the business originally operated in Wisconsin before being acquired by 365 Holdings, an eCommerce company based in Akron, Ohio, in 2020. A search with the Ohio Secretary of State’s office confirmed that the business registration has been dissolved, indicating that the company may no longer be operational.
