5 starsAfter having two other companies come out to quote our bathroom today, premier was by far our best option. Alison made the design consultation easy and understandable and proved that we were in great hands with her vast knowledge in the field. I have no doubt that our new bathroom will have high quality materials and will be installed with precision and care. Super excited to see how it turns out in a few weeks!Review fromRobert F

*********************** came out to our house tonight to give us an estimate for a walking shower. It was such an incredible experience. She was wonderful compassionate and extremely professional. My husband is a disabled vet and needed a walk in shower. I have been so worried for his safety with his regular tub thankfully I don't have to worry anymore. ****** you have taken my stress away. Such a wonderful experience.

I have to say be careful of them once you sign a contract they ignor you I have tried to call 4 times you can not get thru to anyone and no one calls you back I am slowly becoming sorry I contracted them I am concerned of whst the job will look like and unable to reach anyone I actually thought we had s company we could trust not sure now they completely ignor usPremier Home Pros, LLC

1 starI am amending my initial review of 02/04/2024. ****, who installed my new shower, did a great job, he worked on my home as if it his own. Now I am trying to get some warranty work done, water is leaking out of the shower, and it needs some calking, and I am getting ghosted. I contacted Premier Home Pros at the beginning of July (possibly the last week in June 2024) and spoke with **************** who assured me that he would send someone out the next week. Well, that week being the fourth of July I let it go because it was a short week. Now, I have tried calling him and now I have crickets. I have tried reaching out to Premier Home Pros via ********* I got a sympathetic Oh, Im so sorry, please give me your phone number and ll call you .crickets!!!! While the work **** did was excellent, I would have to say do not use this company because they do not honor their warranty.Review fromCathy V

1 starDO NOT have Premier Home Pros do any work in your homes. The "crew" they sent to my home are the worst in the business. My ceiling below had some water marks from leaky bath tile which is why I called them. Now where the old cast iron tub was removed are ***** water marks and sagging on my livingroom ceiling. Premier sent a "crew" back and they wanted to cut open my sagging ceiling after ARRIVING at 3pm! Also, the workers put wainscoting up around walls that was 4 ft. high which the company spokesman said was standard. It's NOT standard, ****** it! My outlets were recessed into the top molding of the wainscoting and looked so unprofessional. I could not even put my mirror above the sink! The sink originally was not centered under the light above. Who does this? After complants they moved it over. The wainscoting was painted after I was upset that they wanted my check but left me with an incomplete remodel! I am embarrassed to admit that they charged me $28,000.00 for this terrible job! I AM A RECENT WIDOW and they saw an easy target! Companies like this should not be swooping into peoples houses & selling a naive old lady a package that was never fully explained! My late husband took care of everything. I feel so stupid to have fallen for this company's quick talk! As a trusting person, I did not read the fine print. YOU MUST READ THE FINE PRINT! THE SALESMEN DID NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING IN THE FINE PRINT! The salesman said they would show before and after pictures when completed. They sure wouldn't take an after picture with what they left me with! I am now wondering how I could have been swindled by these fools except that I didn't know what things cost! $28,000 for an unfinished bathroom?? It is insane what I paid for this shabby work! My money was totally wasted! My life savings took a big hit! BOTTOM LINE IS NEVER SIGN A CONTRACT WITH PREMIER HOME PROS LLC OR YOU WILL REGRET IT AND YOU'LL BE BROKE LIKE ME!Review fromMariza B

Well we been dealing a different companies for quotations, and giving a details how it done, and of course the personalities of the sales representatives. *********************** is definitely the pro she has a personality that you feel so much comfortable. She presents the materials and the works how it has to be done. She is definitely a highly recommended person to deal with.
