The work that was done to my bathroom was not worth $17400. First, I tried to contact the salesperson twice whom I made transaction with no response because I wanted to confirm the appointment for the bathroom installment. The salesperson did not even follow up with my purchase to check if I’m satisfied with the work that was done. Second, the workers did a sloppy job to my bathroom. My bathroom floor was damaged (scratched) as well as my wall when they tried to carry the tiles to the bathroom stairs. They had to come back the next day because they had the wrong order. I even called the company and talked to the customer service and told her about the damaged in which I took picture as evidence. The workers saw when they damaged my wall and did absolutely nothing. When they were finally done, they had me signed a piece of paper that meant nothing. The day after work was done, I used the shower and the water was splashing to the all over the bathroom floor because they did not appropriately install the shower doors.
All in all, the bathroom shower that Premier Home pros installed is not worth $17400 that I paid for. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you need your bathroom upgraded.Premier Home Pros, LLC

Hi ****** - We spoke to your local project manager who informed us they were able to visit your home for a service appointment and address your concerns on 3/27. We had plans to come back on Friday, March 28th, but I realize it was requested by the homeowner to be rescheduled to April 4th.
