3 starsI am happy and not happy. I had to make a side deal with Ruben in order for me to have what I want. I wanted the material from premier installed, and I wanted him to install my stuff as well, and he said he coudnt do that per his contract. I finally gave in and paid him extra to put in a second shower head, which I paid for and my own curtain rod.Review fromJacky J

Very please with *** the field manager. He took care of all of my concerns. Called back the next day to see how everything was to my satisfaction. He dedicated to her work. He made sure I was satisfied.

Im very happy I hire premier home pros to renovate my new bathroom. Workers did an excellent job were very respectful. *** the field manager inspected the job and made sure I was completely satisfied. Any time I needed to contact the *** was always responsive and returned my calls immediately. Im overall satisfied with this project and highly recommend this company.Premier Home Pros, LLC

5 stars**** and ***** installed a new shower for me yesterday. It looks amazing. They arrived early and worked like beasts all day. I can’t believe it was completed in one day. 1 starThis company doesn't deliver on they promise and contract, they told me I will have my bathroom remodeling done is several weeks, it's over five mouths and still nothing, when we call they said it was a management issue and they getting a new manager, the communication with them is bad, no one reach out to us we have to keep calling, now I want to cancel them, and now they want me to pay twenty percent, for something that's not my fault.Review fromAdam E

I am 1000% happy with the product. I love my shower. The reason I gave this a 4 star instead of a 5, is because I am unhappy with the sales team. After dealing with everyone in the Charlotte ******* I feel like i was given whatever answers the salesman thought I needed to hear to make the sale. When it came down to the install is when i learned a few different things. At the end of the day I am still happy with the decision that I have made, but I would definitely do my homework before dealing with salesman again.Premier Home Pros, LLC
