The installation of the shower door was finished today by *** ***** the field manager and *** ******** the installer and it looks beautiful and they did a great job.

Stunningly Finished Shower
I am truly thankful to God for sending ****** ******* *** ***** ******* ***** to install my shower.
I wanted my shower remodeled after my faucets continued to leak after getting out of the hospital after suffering two strokes. Finding the Do It Right Guys, ****** ******* *** ***** ******* ***** took six months. I mean it exactly like I said it. I finally found a company with no excuses and workers who showed up after the company received my deposit. Now, my bathroom looks like a five-star bathroom. Thank you, ******* ****** *** *****. These guys are excellent craftsmen and respectful.
I have a beautiful and working shower.
After checking behind the guys before they left, the guys cleaned up the areas they worked. The three guys correctly installed the piping, faucets, shower walls, and flooring. The group kept up open communication every step of the way.
Thanks again. I will call them for the next remodel job. And I do have a few more.Premier Home Pros, LLC

***** was absolutely phenomenal to work with. When we initially had our shower installed, we had all sorts of problems with the contractors and the shower itself. We finally met with ***** and he took incredible care of us and did the job better than it ever was before. He was thorough, communicative, and very friendly! We signed the contract on October 4th, they started the job on December 4th.Everything starts smoothly until the installer installed the two different styles of faucet on the vanity sink on December 9th, we immediately informed them about the wrong faucet. ***** (installer) said the next time he come he will bring the right faucet he even asks a picture, but he never did. ***** stopped working and resume on December 21st to install the bathtub but until now January 4th the wrong faucet has not been change. the last time the installer came He told us that His supervisor (******) will come to take the measurements for the shower glass but until now nobody showed up and still so many things that need to be done in our bathroom.P.s. ************ keep telling us a lies every time they contact us. between this two people ***** and ****** they keep lying to us like we are a little kid.we are stocked on our unfinished bathroom and we have no idea when this will be done because nobody reach us to tell us what's going. Our regrets are sky high by choosing this company If we could just have a choice we will cancel our contract with them but we cannot do anything because as soon you pay the downpayment you cannot cancel by phone and they give you only 5 days to send a letter to the company and by the time the letter arrive to them your five days expired and if you insist they will penalized you with a high penalty that leave us no choice. Please keep in mind that this contractor/company deal the business very unprofessional, to avoid the same problem that we are dealing right now. My husband and I thinking to file a complaint about this company to BBB (Better Business Bureau) to see if they can help us.Very disappointed costumer here. I will never recommend this company to anyone.Premier Home Pros, LLC

1 starA rep came to inspect my bathroom on July 29 2024, quoted me a price and I agreed to that price. I put down a deposit of $3207. They told me four to six weeks to completion. I said OK. Today is Dec 27 and they have not been back. I leave phone messages, they say they're coming but never show. I requested my deposit back in early Nov. Still nothing. I don't think they plan on doing anything. At this point I just want my deposit back. Help if you can. Thank YouReview fromSteve L
