    ********* completed the washing and resurfacing of the deck at my parents' house in ********* on 7/21/2017. The work included a written warranty on the elastomer they used. The warranty stated, "no peel or flake" and was for 10 years. For the past two weeks, I have tried to reach Mr. ******* ****** ******* (owner) via phone call (sent right to voice mail), text (not answered) and email (**************************). The deck has started flaking and peeling. There has been no reply from Mr. ******* nor a company representative. I have even tried reaching out to his partner (****) via phone, text and email (***************************). His email is no longer valid and there was no reply.
