    Similar to the one other review on this website, we had a disappointing experience with this company. We stayed at one of the properties managed by this company in the Spring of 2025. To summarize, the property was ill-managed and dirty, and there was no way this was simply an oversight. The furniture was broken and grimey, the sheets were stained, there was evidence of mice. And it looked as if a squatter had been living in the basement, which we had to enter to use the washing machine and get the wifi password. The representatives from this company were not receptive to this feedback.

    She was rejected by the platform because she lied & was looking for a free stay. She got nothing & was also charged extra for a pet She didn't register. This is a case of someone trying to lie to get a free *********** got nothing so now she'll attempt retaliation. This case was fully reviewed by **** and her claims were all false.

    I was a cleaner for Airbnbs that *************************** managed. She did not describe the property truthfully. The unit was disgusting, like it hadn't been cleaned in years. I spent 4 1/2 hours on a unit that should have taken 2 hours tops. After the first cleaning she kept lowering the cleaning price, after she put the price back to where we agreed I stupidly gave her another chance. She wanted a deep clean and I told her deep clean cost more, she said oh nevermind just spend a little extra time in the kitchen. This time I spent another 4 hours on the unit. Just for her to take back the money for cleaning the unit. I have photos and screenshots of messages she sent. But apparently if a host doesn't feel like paying they don't have to. This particular unit was and is disgusting. She should never ever be able to rent it out. Besides just being filthy and unkept, the whole building stinks. Oh and she thinks that painting over grease stains will work. Just wanting to warn others who may end up cleaning for her. DO NOT DO IT YOU WILL REGRET IT
