    This firm was contracted with to deep edge, clean-up, and mulch all my flower beds during the early Spring 2023. His crew showed up when agreed to and worked all day. I was incapacitated at the time do to knee replacement surgery and reason why I couldn't do the work myself. At the end of the day the crew leader came to my door with an invoice for over $2000, which was the agreed to quoted price when Bob Mramor came to my house to scope out the work. I was unable to get outside to check on the work and just paid the invoice since the crew leader said they were done. Several weeks later I was able to get out on crutches and found that though the flower beds were all edged and cleaned, they were not deep edged. Further, only 2/3's of the flower beds had been mulched. I emailed Bob about the issue, then my wife went to his business. Since he was never available my wife spoke to his wife the first time, then one of his employee's the second time. Bob finally sent out his team leader to inspect his work and take pictures. I never heard back and the job was never finished.
