    I have switched providers and I am trying cancel my Point Broadband internet service. I never get a response from customer service, the line was never buried. I have another provider now. I need this account canceled closed and a service call to remove the antenna from my home.
    PBB customer service is horrible and unresponsive, for poor internet service. I wait for about an hour for each call, and still got no service calls.

    I tried calling to cancel. 45 minutes for PointBB to answer, put on hold twice. When I said the reason for the call was cancellation, I was put on hold again for 20 minutes (although I was first in line on the que) then the call transferred and rang again to start an entire new wait.  I had a live antennae wire outside around my house for 4 months and was never buried.  I work full time on a military base with a 2 hour drive and I'm disabled,  and don't have that much time to waste.

    Point Broadband charges me a monthly fee for internet service. My internet has been non functional for 24 hours. I have called the company 3 times, only to be hung up on, ignored and offered no solutions. I mainly work from home and require consistent internet to be able to do my job. The company has failed to let me know if there are outages in my area, and clearly will not take the time to listen to my concerns to help me resolve my issue. I am wanting my Internet restored and I would like my bill credited for the dates that I was without service.

    The company did finally fix the internet, but the internet was NOT just out for the date that they indicated, 8/29/23. It was out for 4 days total and we were given the run around. It was frustratingly hard to get someone that cared and knew what they were talking about.

    The customers initial complaint referenced service out for 24 hours.  A service credit was issued for $11.99 ON 8/29.  We apologize for the lack of response and will issue an additional $20 service credit that will be reflected on the next statement.

    Paying for high price internet that doesn’t work if we get a sprinkle of rain. I’ve called and called. And get nowhere. Just leave you on hold. And do nothing. When it does work. I’m still not getting the bites I’m paying for. Please help. Need internet to watch over my elderly mother. Thank you!!
