    I would give them 0 stars if I could! I first had Intelliwave in November 2019. I don't remember when they switched to Point Broadband-it's been a nightmare ever since. The most recent issue-I called to pay my bill 11/27/24, I was advised I need a service call something to do w/my signal. The service call was scheduled 11/29/24 2-5p, I really wasn't happy however I was off work. I rearranged my entire day - family traditions-my daughters birthday etc. No one showed I called back on 11/29/24 got ****** on the phone he said the techs were off don't know why I was scheduled a service call however still stating I needed one. He rescheduled me for 12/11/24 8-11am I took a half day at work-again no one showed. I called got ****** again. He remembered speaking to me, proceeded to say my signal looked great, not sure how I got took of the scheduling. I was expressing my concern & how upset I was he hung up on me!! No wonder this company isn't registered with the BBB they would have an F rating. Where I live 5yrs ago there wasn't many options because I am so rural however I will definitely be looking into other options for WiFi in my area. I feel like they take advantage because they know the lack of resources we have in the rural communities.
