  * *** *** *** **** ****** *** *********** They're horrible. I contracted with these people to put a fence across my driveway so I can keep my dogs off the chain. The lock isn't closing right. The guy from Austintown fence who installed this fence came to look at it and agreed it needed adjusted. That was weeks ago. Can't get anyone on the phone, the office girl is as dumb as a stone and rude. No one returns a call. The problem I assume is there's no money involved as it's a simple adjustment but I can't do it. If I knew how I would. Point is they installed the fence but when I needed help because their fence faltered they can't be bothered. I'm on a busy street. My dogs jump on that fence if it gives and they run out onto the busy street and is hit by a car, then what? So point being. These people are rude, money grubbers who do not stand by their work. The fence going across my drive was not installed correctly. They won't fix it. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THESE PEOPLE. FIND ANOTHER FENCE INSTALLER. If they do install a fence for you they won't fix it if something goes wrong. They're terrible. And I'm still left with a fence that the latch doesn't work and now I'm stuck to try to figure out what to do at this point. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR INSTALLERS STINK TOO. Again point is if I had known their customer service would be so terrible I would never have contracted the job. I talked to several people this morning and everyone says they're responsible to right the wrong but apparently they don't want to be bothered because they already made their money. What kind of company does that to a patron?? I spent thousands of dollars with these people. DON'T GO HERE. FIND ANOTHER FENCE CONTRACTOR AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.

  Hired them to change a single gate into a double gate to fit lawnmower tractor through. We had used them several years ago and were very happy. Unfortunately, the quality has definitely slipped, perhaps due to new ownership. They put in the second hinged gate, but did not put a bolt into the ground to keep it shut. I could open the gate with a very light push. Any child or dog would not be secure behind such a fence. I called and left a message about the problem and asked them to let me know when they would come fix it so I could be here. I wanted to point out how mismatched the two gates were, they didn't line up properly. They came when I wasn't home and did install the bolt. I sent in full balance of payment with a note that I was not satisfied with the workmanship. They cashed the check and never contacted me. My sister and I spent an afternoon rehanging the gate. We actually could see pencil marks they made that would have lined up the gate, but they didn't use their own marks. I do not recommend them.
