      04/20/24 - I was made to pay for my children's meals. The staff never mentioned that children eat for free. When I asked while leaving the staff/manager told me it wasn't their problem and that they didn't have to tell me that all children eat for free under 12 years old. I believe I have been mistreated and my money has been taken even though this eat for free was displayed for the customers to see as we left after finishing our meal.

      Yes, I've came in your store on **** street a few times this year with bad food exp. Food don't be full of product, flat, and Luke warm. This time, my bread was hard and I'm on my way to work. When I get off the store will be closed. I just left and I was advise to hold on to this sandwich overnight as proof I purchased it and the fact you'll just remake it and throw away but yet the lady knew exactly who I was when I called so to say something moments after leaving and advise me to bring it back the next day is crazy. I just want you to know that the food wasn't good and there were like 5 chips in the bag. Poor service and quality of food and I won't eat at this location anymore as ***** and *********** are way fresher and forfilling.

      No this is a complaint as I spent monies on a product I would either want to recieve a response for a replacement or refund. I can't pull up the complaint to verify it was sent to business, are you sure you reopened the complaint?

      I reached out to the customer and apologized for her experience. I will be sending her gift cards in the mail to her address on file for her to use at any Subby’s location.
