    This whole operation is a nightmare. E-Z Pass doesn't work randomly, the payment system is screwed up and they turn you into collections, you can't get hold of anyone, website complaint/comment forms won't send, etc. How is this even allowed to function this way? I've never seen such a disaster system anywhere in the world.

    We have a handicapped van because I am in a wheelchair. In also 6’4” tall so I required a van with a lot of head room. Because we had a Dodge 2500 Promaster van that gave me the required headroom i needed to get in and out, they charged me the amount for a semi truck. When I complained about it they said it was to bad and there is nothing they could do. They said it was done electronically by the height of the vehicle. I told them that they are discriminating against me because I am a handicapped person in a handicapped van with plates showing it’s a handicapped vehicle. They did not care and would not charge me the passenger car rate. They could see me in my wheelchair and still didn’t care! I told them that they are violating ADA laws and they still didn’t care. It was the worst experience we ever had traveling. I think they should be fined for their behavior and lack of compliance with ADA laws. We had no issues in Indiana or Illinois at all. Ohio was the only one who discriminated against us.

    I got a text message early morning stating that I owed money or else I'll have to pay a large fee
