      Took them 3 trips to maybe get it correct(?) First trip, young guy came out, spent a little over an hour, never removed grills, bent a few trying to get his 3 foot wand in. No, they do not bounce an air hose down the ducts to loosen stuff. I called and complained, got this Doug, turns out to be the Father of the kid who came out. He got an attitude w/me. He came out, opened up the major grill on the return in the Living Room and it was filthy. He then pulled in his attitude. Cleaned it and said all was good. Had an indoor air quality company in and they opened up the first supply grill off the furnace in the basement, and it was filthy. Another call and this time the kid spent over 3 hours. The indoor air quality company questions if the cleaning was done correctly if a hose was not bounced down the ducts to loosen anything in them. Then this Doug said he would have a furnace filter dropped off. I forgot about that and contacted the company last week and found that Doug the General Manager was no longer w/Calloway. Do NOT use them for duct cleaning!!!
