Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Buyer pays return shipping cost. CLA will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of their error (received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Refunds will be issued within eight business days upon CLA receiving returned packages. To initiate a return, please contact CLA with your order number and details about the product you to be returned.
Shipping
CLA ships to any address in the USA and upon request, some international destinations. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Shipping and delivery dates will be estimated at the time of your order based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. If the shipping is at no charge, FedEx Ground or Home Delivery will be used. The status of your order to include delivery will automatically be emailed to your listed email address.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items CLA sells are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies used, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. - Business Categories
