On 11/19/2022 my husband and I used two men and a truck-********* location to move from our home in ***** ******** to ************. We were sent three men and one truck. During the move our babies crib bolts and screws were misplaced, walls and doors in the home we were moving out of were damaged, our Amish made furniture was damaged, a lamp shade and smart bulb were broken and a very expensive TV was damaged. A complaint was filed with the claims personnel (***** *******) in the ********* office and was believed to be in process. At first she was kind and understanding and asked us to give her a chance to make things rights. It has now been four weeks and despite emails, text messages, phone calls and postal mail sent to two men and a truck I have not received any resolution to the damaged items. I get no responses to mail, email or texts and when I call I am told the claims person is not available and will call me back. I have not receive calls back. I am very disappointed in the claims department and after complying with all their requests for photos (emailed, texted and mailed) and following their contract, I have heard nothing about scheduling repairs or refunds to our damaged items. I have been ghosted and they are no longer responding to our attempts to get updates on the repairs and the refunds that were promised.

I hired Two Men and a Truck to move my belongings from a 2 bedroom apartment and a 10x10 storage unit to my new home that I purchased. They couldn't complete the move due to incompetence of the movers (slow, talking amongst themselves, standing around). They also soiled my couch cushions by placing them on a very dirty rug on the floor. They broke the leg of my 60 inch tv. I was told by the owner that they would finish the move the next day, have a company come to my house to clean the couch and order a new ** leg plus replace a pin from my egg chair that they lost at their expense. Its been 24 hours and no one has contacted me regarding any of this. I called and left several messages none of them have been returned. I am now stuck paying for extra days on my storage unit, I cannot use my couch because its dirty, not confident that they will be replacing the ** leg or the pin for my egg swing chair. They have dodge my calls all day. They charged my credit card without my permission for 8 hours of move time. This move should have taken 5-6 hours with 5 guys that they had on the job. I had a very similar move to the apartment last year and the company i used took 5 hours with 4 men. Two Men and a truck lied, broke some of my things, and did not finish the move per the contract.
