      I have a wonderful experience with Schumacher homes they built my home from Concrete up they have caught mistakes before it became a problem fixed them in a timely manner really went above and beyond to help me make sure I had a good experience did not cut no corners very courteousVery hospitable Sincerely ***** *

      We are very happy with everyone at Schumacher Homes especially their trades people. We had an
      issue with the furnace shutting off when we first moved in. The HVAC trades people were quick to
      respond and fix the issue right away.
      We had a small list of items to fix which were completed right away. Communication was excellent, they
      always kept us informed of when things were going to be fixed. We have no complaints.
      Overall, I am very happy with my experience building with Schumacher Homes. If you are in the market
      for a new home, I highly recommend Schumacher Homes. They will work with you to create the home of
      your dreams.

      I am not sure how Schumacher homes is still in business!! We are HIGHLY disappointed in our new home. The contractors took NO pride in their work. Our corners are visibly crooked, our doors don’t close, our bedroom floor is uneven making our dresser LEAN…the list goes on and on!!! We call it our “crooked house.” I wouldn’t be surprised if it collapses one day, sadly.
      DO NOT build with them. It’s been the WORST experience and one of the BIGGEST and most expensive mistakes of our lives.

      The initial meetings make everything seem wonderful until the actual construction begins. Most of the subcontractors used were awful; sloppy work, mistakes galore! I would never recommend Schumacher to anyone!

      Worst building experience we have EVER had. This is the 3rd home we have built and 1st with Schumacher. We built in ******, SC and they did such a poor job they are now banned from ever building here again. I cannot list here how many issues we had......it was a joke. They have the worst business model in the building industry and cannot say enough bad things about our experience. Happy to provide more details and photos to anyone interested.

      I am trying to understand how anyone could do business with Schumacher Homes after reading all the reviews and would think that some legal action should be taken against this company. My wife and I was very impressed with the sales team and model home in Charleston WV and what convinced us to have Schumacher Homes build our home. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! I handed over the first check to start construction on June 4th of 2021, as of this writing August 14th, 2022, our home is still not complete! we are now paying principal and interest on the construction loan now plus rent to live in an apartment while we wait ever so painstakingly to get our home finished. The construction of the home has been a complete JOKE and I am not exaggerating! Every step of the home build has practically had to be done twice. The foundation was completed then had the be ripped down and corrected, the framing had the be ripped out and done again before windows could be installed. The quality of the home that's being built for my wife and I is a joke nothing like the model home in Charleston WV which is what sold us. If you're advertising a quality home, then they should build a quality home!! There are so many things wrong with our home that we are at the point that we have to accept the poor quality and craftsmanship as we can no longer keep paying rent and principal and interest on a home we can't live in, even if we could keep paying for two homes, I feel it would take years to get the contractors to come back and correct all the issues!! Anyone that reads my review PLEASE think twice before having Schumacher Homes build your dream home you may be very disappointed, frustrated, angry, and downright disgusted with the final product, if it ever gets finished!! I could go on but running out of characters I am allowed to type so will have to end here. Don't get Schumachered think twice and find a reliable home builder in your area and get references!!!!!!!!
