      Received the X-5 MOP and it was missing 9 parts. All possible phone numbers are dead calls. I tried to create an account and wont let me. I have no way to connect with the warehouse in California. No phone numbers either. Checked with BBB and all the numbers they list do not work. I feel I am being scammed

      The order was delivered on Sunday, August 13 at 1:13 P.M. at Front Door through UPS tracking ****************** and USPS Tracking *************************** 
      Our Customer Service Team is fully online, and we do not operate an Inbound Phone Line. Our customers can reach us through our customer support portal at our website ************************** at any time for assistance.
      The customer reached out to us through helpdesk ticket ******** on Aug 15, 2023 to inform about missing parts. We requested the customer to provide pictures of that all that was received in the shipment to which the customer responded with missing accessories part number and names that are not part of the configuration purchased by the customer.
      The customer was informed that we have different mop models available with different configurations as mentioned on our website also *********************************************** and the customer had received all the accessories as part of the configuration of Standard H2O Mop X5 that she purchased.
      The accessories that the customer is referring to, are Optional Accessories as mentioned in the User Manual and can be purchased separately.

      I started a return process online for returning the H2O MOPX5 steam cleaner that I ordered within 2 days of receiving the product because the unit is much less than what I saw advertised. This is well within the 30-day return policy. However, I am unable to proceed with the return process because they cannot locate my account even though I have provided all information required in the form. I have repeated the process numerous times but it end up the same. It seems they purposely make it impossible to return.

      Three registration invitation links were sent to the customer's email address on file ********************* to enable the customer to register on our customer support portal, however at this time the customer has not yet registered and the links have expired. A new registration link has once again been sent to the customer's email address.
      The customer reached out to us through helpdesk ticket * *******and was provided Return Authorization Number RMA # ***** on Aug 16, 2023 as requested. We request to include this RA number on the shipment.
      Return Ship to address ****** *********** ***** ***** ******* *** ***** ** *****  Once the order is received by our fulfillment department, a refund will be initiated for the purchase price, less shipping and handling to customer's account.  We suggest sending us the tracking number when the customer return the item so that the refund can be initiated accordingly.       Do not order from Thane. It is now almost a month since I was told the maximum time to delivery time the Thane products - bike racks - would be 10 days.

      The order was placed on 7/16/2023 on our website for Bike Nook Units.
      The order was shipped on 07/17/23 from our warehouse through Canada Post Tracking **************** as our orders ship from Canada in 1-2 Business Days.
      As per the tracking information, the order was delivered to customer's address on August 14 at 1:01 pm and the carrier has not provided any update on the delay for this shipment.
      In Good Faith of the Company, we have applied a $25 discount on purchase price of the order.
      The refund has been initiated to customer's account. We allow 5-10 days for the refund to reflect in the bank account.

      I ordered and received the H2O MopX5 Elite. My account was billed. It arrived. Once I opened the box, I thought it looked really nice, but then I realized I was not able to lift and use the steamer due to physical issues. I want to return this unused item. Company says it has a full refund policy. However, I cannot access my account. None of the telephone numbers work. Literally none of them. So, I cannot get an RMA number to return item within 30 days. I was very frustrated to learn they take no incoming calls. I think this is a very shady company. Probably the worst customer service I have encountered. It is an exercise in futility. A zero star rating.

      We reached out to the customer through helpdesk ticket ******** on Aug 2, 2023 10:30 AM to confirm right part number for replacement.
      The customer was informed through same ticket about replacement order that was placed for part #17 (Bolt, Nut, Washer).       I ordered the mopx5 on July 20, 2023. When I revived the confirmation email the price was much higher than the ad price of $129.00. They charged me $216.37. I tried to cancel the order within 30 minutes of the purchased, they did not respond until the following day, after I followed the instructions to cancel or form. They replied again that they will give me 15% discount or do not accept the product for a full refund. They charged my the full price with no discount. I see they have done this allot and surprised they have not been charged with fraud. I am sending this to my attorney for processing and bring charges of fraud. They should not be in business. Why does BBB not hold them accountable for such outrageous fraud to the consumer. I want my full refund and refusing the product. Then they say once it reaches the warehouse, they will process the refund. After many emails to them wanting to work this out, they still have not lived up to THEIR options. No disconnect, no refund. They should be charged with criminal negligence and fraud. Which I am pursuing. Buyer beware, these people are frauds. Phone number they give just rings, no one answers. I placed several customer forms and getting no where with these people. Please BBB hold them accountable. We look to you to protect the consumers, step in. We should all file a class action suit.

      We understand that our customers change their mind about the order and wish to cancel. Customers are directed to log into our customer service portal at ****************** to access their account and follow the steps to cancel the order. It is important to note that in our efforts to get the customer's order delivered to them as quickly as possible, the customer may have as little as one hour or less from order placement to cancel the order* Our systems are automated to ensure the fastest order processing and shipment times possible and once an order has been processed and sent to fulfillment we are unable to cancel an order.
      The customer reached out to us through helpdesk ticket ******** on Jul 20, 2023 6:20 PM to cancel the order. However our team suggested on July 21, 2023 10:43 AM that the order had already been processed so cancellation was not possible.
      A 15% discount was offered to the customer to keep the order to which the customer agreed however the refund could not get processed due to a dispute filed by the customer with their bank through PayPal.
      The dispute has now been settled and we were able to process the refund for discount to customer's account on 07/25/2023. We allow 5-10 days for it to reflect in customer's account. The customer has also been advised through active helpdesk ticket ********.

      I ordered an H20X5 mop off a TV commercial. I want to send it back but have been unable to reach the company by phone. Have sent several e-mails in which they said to create an account which does not come up and also an https internet site which says I need an invite and this was not included in this information. I do have the mop but DO NOT want it as it will not work on my type of flooring as noted in the tv commercial. The web site indicates numerous complaints of poor customer service and some say it is a scam. All I want is to be able to set up an account so I can get an RMA to return the mop to the company. It has never been used so is in perfect condition.

      My son ordered the bike nook upon paying for the item there was another item added that he did not consent to. No problem he just went to his email for his receipt to get his order number to fill in some information. Only there is no order number. He tried to use the confirmation number but that didn't work either. He tried making account but he couldn't be found. He tried looking for a phone number and no number could be found. Now things are making sense as a tell tale sign your working off a sham website. He called the bank and 5 mins later and was asked to look at his account . The activity showed money was flagged for removal then money was added to his account, not the full price but some. The bank gave a phone number. **** **** **** for bike nook to no avail. No answer, just voicemail. Tried all these: Thane Direct USA Phone Numbers and Emails
