There is no customer service support. All the phone numbers on the website are inactive and you cannot reach anyone in real time or to speak to a live person. This needs to be investigated by the state’s attorney general office.
I placed an order on Friday morning 3am and tried to cancel the order 5 minutes later since the price I was quoted didn’t match the order submitted. Also there videos on the website gives you instructions on how to cancel an order however there is no cancel order option when you register on line. I also submitted multiple request to cancel this order and have not heard back from them. I don’t know how a company can be in business with customer service. I will never shop with this company again they have very questionable sales tactics.Thane USA, Inc

This company is a scam! You cannot reach them by phone. I could note use the mop because I am a senior citizen and it was just too heavy for me to use. I ordered on December 11, 2022. I realized I could not use it and tried to return it by January 11, 2023 to no avail. Never received a return authorization number. It is impossible to reach them after you order. Bike Nook owned by Thane Direct, a UK and Ireland company. Terrible product and terrible business. Bought 2 Bike Nook stands $135.95. 3 of the threads were poor quality and needed tapping to accept the screws. Should have sent them back at that point but didn't. Once assembled, the stands seemed unstable. We foolishly hoped they would work out. We stood one bike in one of the stands and in the middle of the night it fell over, crashed into a wooden sideboard and cut a divot out of the top edge of the cabinet. It is ruined.
Contacting the company – both Bike Nook and its parent, Thane USA – is impossible. No phone on the website. Three numbers found on the internet; one is constantly busy, two give the message "call cannot be completed as dialed." To email CX establishing an account is required. Sign up is impossible through their portal, account cannot be created. So it's all a dead end.
I see now that Thane Direct closed in January 2023. This is clearly a scam by a now defunct company. I am out of recourse and I lose my money on this useless bike stand.Thane USA, Inc

I placed my order April 8. I didn't receive a welcome email so I can't register. I tried created account on the website is not working, the tutorial doesn't match what I am seeing on my end. This is very complicated. I paid in full but I haven't received my order. I can't send an email because I need to register first, which I try several times. I'm going to contact Paypal. I ordered replacement pads for the H20 X5 Steamer Mop and I was sent the wrong items.
When I went back to the website to check if I made a mistake I found that there is a glitch in Thane's ordering system. It kept substituting the wrong item when I selected the pads for this steamer.
Then when tried to register it kept failing to complete the process. I tried four different times with the same result.
Even the email address that was on the website failed to go through. All four telephone numbers for customer service also were non working.
This feels like a sham company that has very little interest in making itself accessible to their clients.
At this juncture I would advise against ordering anything from Thane. Stick with ******* or ***** * ****** for their floor steamer systems. They both are reputable and are easily accessed.Thane USA, Inc

I ordered a pair of "Bike Nook" bicycle stands. When the confirmation came, I noticed that they are being sent to the wrong address.
I tried the 800 number (busy), the e-mail (bounced), and their online form (who knows?). None seems to generate any sort of interaction.

I tried reaching the "customer support website," and when I entered my comments name and e-mail, it would not accept input. The e-mail address and phone number I tried both came from the Thane USA website. The answer is baloney.
Unfortunately, I entered different shipping and billing addresses, and the company's website moved both addresses (including shipping) to the entered billing address.

I am not happy with Thane, All I need is a shipping label for UPS and they refuse to give me one, In stead they want me to pay for the shipping which in the long run would cost me close to $500 to ship is back, almost the same price as the machine,. I had tried for two weeks to reach this company before my 30 days. The lady I spoke to on the phone (on April 3, 2023) told me to go on a head call to the BBB or a lawyer to get to where I don't have to pay for a shipping label. That is all I want, is to send this thing back. I can't use it, it's in the box nice and neat with everything. I don't feel that I am asking too much. How hard is it to just email me a shipping label? I have tried to reach you several times in response to receiving repeated emails about a payment decline ( a last payment for an item purchased: steam mop). Your website continues to be difficult to log on to. After logging In I try to update my payment billing and shipping because I moved since placing the order and your system would not allow the update even though it shows an edit button. I can't resubmit a payment if the old address is still in your system. No one has responded to any of the emails I tried to send through. I don't know if they went through because your website does not work properly. You state in the email you will send this to the collection agency if no response, yet you will not respond personally to me via the email you have on file. I ordered the upsold version of the Total Flex L that was supposed to come with 3 additional red resistance bands and a poster of all the different ways to use the product. I did not receive either item. I have contacted the company multiple times and they have not responded but keep sending me promotional emails and sales emails and requests for product reviews. I just want what I paid for and it seems like I'm just never going to get it. Which is very disappointing because the resistance isn't very strong on this machine in the first place which is why I chose the pricier option with the extra bands. I feel like I got ripped off. The machine isn't made super well so it is already a touch overpriced as it is. It should be about $150 cheaper than it is. Their customer service is utterly terrible.Thane USA, Inc
