The customer reached out to us through helpdesk ticket ******** on Mar 8, 2023 with a different concern to which our customer service team responded accordingly however the customer did not respond and the ticket was closed by the system after 15 days.

I purchased the HD MOP X-5 MOP on feb 20th. at a cost of $158.97. I received the mop about 7 days later. The mop had a middle skew missing causing it to lean to the right and will not stand up. It seems to be top heavy and falls when you stand it up. I have been trying to get in touch with the company at the portal and never got the link to my email i try to look in my trash and spam and nothing. . None of these numbers are in service. I have a 30 day Money back guarantee and I would like them to honor it. I tried to use Thane's online return system, but it only knocked me off. I have no other way to get in touch with the company but through you. Do you have another phone # for this company? I did not use the steamer because it would not stand. Don't get involve with this company, please!! They sell overpriced gym equipment made with cheap material and a very misleading ad for them to get you. Had to return it at my own expense because they got upset after I requested a return postage for which they didn't honor saying it's not their responsibility to pay for returning goods. I paid $127 bucks out of my pocket to return their ****** product. I can buy a better and more complete gym equipment for a fraction of the price. This company is non-responsive. Received very inferior, poorly designed and manufactured steam cleaner through television ad. All phone numbers are disconnected. Have tried to return and it's impossible to get anyone to return our many phone calls. Sparks from cord can easily ignite a fire and cause damage to home. It's a scam. I purchased a Total Flex L on January 8, 2023 in which I received on January 10. That was quick. And it was easy to put together. Here's the complaint: It came with no exercise guide and I searched everywhere for such through the internet. I tried to send an email to no avail. I went to the portal to submit a support ticket. It takes you to nowhere. I clicked on the "Need Help?" section and it just takes you to a list of FAQ questions which doesn't pertain to what I need. All I really want is the the exercise chart so that I can properly use the equipment. I have read other's complaints, which looks like it's the same situation. I purchased the Total Flex in October of 2022. It arrived missing pieces. I have contacted the company 3 times and all three times I waited just under 2 weeks to have a package arrive still missing the piece I need to even start at step 1 to assemble the Total Flex.
When I enter the newest complaint, it will be the fourth at trying to get someone to send me the missing bolts, and will then also be over 3 months I have waited to assemble the product.
No one seems to look hot see if all the pieces are actually in anything they send out. They send a jpg of the machine and ask that you state what is missing using the image as a guide. Unfortunately most of the smaller parts are not even listed. No matter how many times you go back to state the part is missing from the package they went as well, they just send that image back out. No matter what I say, that I need the two bolts with spring washer, they send the package 319-P003, which has the two bolts with spring washer & Allen Wrench, but every time it is just the Allen wrench, No matter how many times I explain it, they send me just another Allen’s wrenchThane USA, Inc

I think that whoever sells the H2O steam FX mop should be penalized. I placed the order and when it was complete the seller charged me more than what I signed up for. The seller of this product should not be able to on TV commercial or on Informercial. They are thieves. They are stealing people's money.
