On Dec. 12,
2017, BBB Accreditation was suspended due to an unresolved customer complaint
submitted to BBB April 10, 2016 and the company’s failure to honor certain
terms and timelines of the mediated settlement agreement, including completing
exterior repairs by Sept. 30, 2017, and pouring a new concrete patio by Oct.
31, 2017.

Due to these matters, the company is not currently meeting
BBB Accreditation Standards to honor promises and be responsive:

The company has until Dec. 22, 2015 to appeal this action.

The matter will be reviewed by the BBB’s Board of Directors at
its next meetings. The next two meetings are currently scheduled on Dec. 29, 2017 and
Jan. 30, 2018.
