I would recommend this place to anyone that has any storm damage or any damage to their roof. We had storm damage to our roof and called this company. Jason Jones was our representative and was so professional, kind, answered all our questions and was able to get us a whole new roof through our insurance company. He made the whole process so smooth and easy. We are very happy customers!!

Had the ZCI team out to replace some leaking skylights and a semi flat roof that had rotting wood under it. From the inspection/estimate, to scheduling, to working with the office on payments, the experience was easy and flawless. The day of the job, they of coarse uncovered unknown issues as expected with these projects, but they took it in stride and kept me updated on their new plan. They stayed late making sure the entire site was clean, even though I told them I didn't mind it being left over night. The insisted it be clean before they left for the day.
Having the new skylights has been borderline life changing! The old ones were so loud we had to turn the TV up to 100 to hear over the rain hitting the skylight. With the new ones its hard to even tell it is raining unless it is a really bad storm.
I think the rest of our roof probably has 7-10 years left on it, I wont even get other estimates when it needs to be replaced, I will only call ZCI

As a homeowner for the past 25 years, I've come to learn that there are many, many, many roofing companies that are just scammers. Just this weekend I had a flyer left on my porch telling me that a company could tell from a sidewalk inspection that I had hail damage to my roof.
Talking to ZCI, I know that's impossible. An actual inspection of the roof needs to be done to determine damage, not a salesperson looking up at my two story house from the sidewalk.
What I like best about ZCI is how informative they are. I've learned so much about roofing, materials, and insurance claims from talking to the people at ZCI. They are able to explain the claim and how it works and always do things in an ethical and legal manner. They aren't going to skirt the law or fake damage to bump up a claim.
I highly recommend them as a good company of good people doing good work.

Daniel and his team have helped us in multiple tarp situations. They are always professional and quick to respond. I highly recommend calling them for any of your roofing needs.

This is a top notch company. I have never been met with kindness and professionalism at this level before. Even the crew members are polite and pay such attention to detail. Zero messes were left in our yard or driveway. We had a complete roof replacement in the fall. ZCI also repaired our chimney, which had some cracks.

Called this company out in March, 2022 to give us an estimate on a "leaky" roof. Salesman said there was tons of hail damage and wind damage. Our insurance company was involved and disputed the entire roof HAIL damage and agreed to pay for some missing shingles/ridge cap on 2 areas of the house. The estimate was X.... When we signed the "contract" the amount said "X", plus "SUPPLEMENTALS". I questioned what supplementals would be - and they told me that this would be if the valley - or the scope of the work had to change. We received the invoice - and it was at least 50% higher than the contract. 50%??? Seriously?? So what they were saying is the "supplementals" increased 50% in 4 months time. ?????
When we received the document that stated what work was done - the "scope" of the job never changed - but the price was still 50% higher. Their response was that the insurance company paid it....... Well so what.???? Just because the insurance company paid an over inflated invoice - does not mean it is right.
Also, we tried to add up the line items - and nothing added up - to the amounts invoiced.
Tired of dealing with this - paid the invoice today - My husband actually found the leak and fixed it himself - no help from this contractor. The only thing they did was repaired 2 sections of our roof from missing shingles and ridge cap.
    Headache after headache.

Molly, thanks for sharing this. We know we can improve on better explaining the insurance process, how funds are dispersed and this was a good reminder for us to implement a few items into our process to help avoid some of the confusion. To clarify, our pricing determined by the insurance company. We do not determine pricing on most things, but operate under their pricing software. We simply list the items of work we perform, the material we install, provide supporting documentation and their software generates the fair market price for the zip code and month in which we performed the work.
If we were to perform the work, list the line items and send the insurance carrier an invoice then fail to collect for the work we performed, that is called insurance fraud, or fraudulent billing. We refuse to operate in this manner so we do our best to only bill for work we do using insurance pricing. We also refuse to implicate our outstanding clients, like yourself, in committing insurance fraud by helping them profit on insurance claims, which is unlawful. It's an incredibly difficult field to navigate, remain above reproach and occasionally it, unfortunately, leads to misunderstandings like this where people believe we "charge too much," while in fact we are operating under insurance pricing guidelines. We are sorry you were unable to keep more money for the work we performed, but in order to operate legally, remain in business and continue employing awesome, purpose-driven employees, we must charge in full for work we perform.
I have reviewed the file and verified we only charged for work we performed, not exceeding the amount the insurance company paid out for that work to be performed, in accordance with the agreements you signed and the expectations we established at the beginning of the process.
To reiterate, however, we will continue to improve on setting better expectations in the future. Thank you again, Molly.
