Owner came out to check my air because the inside temp. kept going up. He came and checked outside and didn't come inside to check and said the unit was burned up, even though the unit was running outside. He sent 2 guys the next day to put in a new unit and the whole time the guys talked about how they don't understand why so much power was still coming out when they checked it and unhooked unit. They fussed the whole time and talked like they was unsure about what they was doing. They kept saying we just install and **** is the brains behind it. I asked if I needed a new unit Since there was so much power and the guy said I just install. I asked why the owner did't come inside and check everything and they said they didn't know that they would've came in and checked everything. After they hooked up the unit it still didn't work. The guy got ** in my attic and said it was blowing so he had to call the owner. The owner called me and said I needed a new blower motor and it wasn't cheap. So the next day he comes to go in the attic to get model/serial # and called me at work and said it was a loose wire. So all this time it could've been a loose wire had he checked out everything. He then comes to my job and spoke very nasty to my co-workers when they said it was just a loose wire and he said yes. They said then why did you put in a new unit. He said the compressor was bad in the outside unit and he didn't replace compressors in a 12yr old unit. He was asked why he didn't tell me that and he said she didn't ask. They said well my unit is over 20yrs old and I just had my compressor replaced and he said well maybe she should've got your guy to do it. They told him he was going to loose business and he said he didn't need my business he was with 6 million and had more money than he could spend and held the check up and said I'm $4200 up and walked out the door. This is the 5th unit that he has installed in 12 yrs.
