      I went to this store twice to cash my ******** *nvestment check and was denied twice at customer service. Came to the store after work to cash my check was told she didn't have enough money at customer service and to return later. Once I took a bath and returned was told she still doesn't have enough money at customer service and was told to go to a CHECK CASHING PLACE OR ******* around the corner. Why would you advise someone to take their business somewhere else baffles me or is because I'm a black man?

      Kroger Delivery sat outside my house and canceled my order. Lied and said they knocked. They were early so I ran to put on some clothes and they were gone. They never knocked. Now I have to go into the store before a big family dinner. They lady on the phone was not helpful.

      WOW. I'm not surprised to see a D- rating! While I understand that mistakes happen, I'm F R U S T R A T E D that customer service is sooooooo poor and unable to resolve issues. And there is no further recourse. My credit card was charged with someone else's order. They cannot resolve issues with my card now. No way to reach tech support so I'm stuck in an endless loop of no resolutions but lots of useless phone calls and emails. I've been a customer of Kroger 24 years and have spent quite alot in their stores (shame one me) but not many choices in my area. It would be wonderful to speak with a real person committed to fixing the problem. But alas, not an option. ******* **

      Kroger used to tout their customer service---well no more. All I hear now is "fresh" in their advertising. No, they also do not hype lower prices either. Be careful to watch your receipt as I have seen overcharges regularly. Sometimes old sale prices are left on the shelf or even signs with an expired sale price. I have seen the false prices left days after I questioned the price charged at the register. Also I have had my credit card compromised and now I cannot do an online order . Something is seriously wrong with Kroger. Can you believe corporate wants to take over **********? I have never seen a company go downhill so fast-just think our food supply depends on this poorly run corporation.

      I wish I knew that Kroger had a ONE Star rating with the BBB before I spent nearly 3 hours on their customer service line only to be disconnected 3 times. Happy new ****** shopper!

      I think this store is out of line for profiling me before I even walk through the door told me I could not come in and buy groceries because the way I'm dressed or look I think I need a apology or some sort or just to let people know how * up they are

      Despicable company. I bought two 8 pack Kroger brand fruit cups for the first time I ever bought Kroger, they don't label the product serial number or expiration date on the box. So I checked the first cup I grabbed it said expires in June 2024, so Imade most of my toddler gift bags, and encounted a dark brown fermented looking up. I checked the date it stated expired 2022. So I checked the rest of the cups. All the dates are different but the expired in 2022, some in 2023 and in both boxes on one cup in each showed expires in June 2024. That is a health hazard especially to children. It's disgusting and depressed despicable. I called what was supposed to be corporate and it was a foreign person. I could hear their normal language in the background being spoken among the other agents. So the person lied about being corporate also. They have poor practices and will hurt some one giving them rotten food.

      Ordering from Kroger has become a NIGHTMARE!!! It is now, five past two and my order was due at one ten PM. I’m embarrassed to say that it’s probably not Krogers fault directly, but ****** ********** ***** ***********, ********** ************… you need to review your sources like you review our welfare every six months because it is getting worse. ******* sent me a sandwich and THE DRIVER left it out front by the mailboxes…I’m disabled, and “senior status” living on the THIRD FLOOR with no elevator. Somebody please help!!!!?

      I once again was charged 7.85 on top of a devilery fee. Once contacted I was told it was for a change made after the order was placed, which was ******** because I had this same problem last time and it was because I didn't click on the allow substitute button so they changed the order and charged me 8 bucks for it. The second time around I made sure to not allow substitutes so the order won't be changed after it goes through. Still got charged another 8 bucks on top of the devilery fee AGAIN!!!! This is the last time I use your devilery service, people checking these out DONT USE the devilery service unless you want the Kroger company to steal 8 bucks from you and say it was for a change made after the order was placed. Check your receipts, I did and I'm glad I did. It's only 8 dollars but this time they have no excuse since no change was made on the order since I didn't allow substitutes. KROGER YOU ARE STEALING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS AND NOW YOU HAVE NO EXCUSE TO HIDE BEHIND. I WANT MY 8 BUCKS BACK. I HAVE RECEIPTS, EMAILS, THE WHOLE NINE YARDS. TRIED TO TEXT YOU GUYS AND WAS TOLD I CHANGED THE ORDER WHICH I DIDNT HAD THIS SAME PROBLEM LAST TIME I DID THIS, SO I MADE SURE TO CHANGE THINGS AROUND SO IT WOULDNT HAPPEN AGAIN AND YOU STILL PULLED THIS NONSENSE. I WOULD LIKE SOME KIND OF RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW. IF YOUR SMART YOU WILL, BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE GONNA FIND OUT ABOUT YOUR LITTLE SCHEME TO DEFRAUD AND DPW. RIGHT STEAL MONEY FROM HARD WORKING FOLKS.

      I replied several times to Fred Meyer/ Kroger company. For some reason they do not know that they sell chicken. I bought "supposedly" 5 pieces of chicken. When I got home, there were only 4 pieces of chicken. Why this food chain refuse to give me back my money is beyond comprehension.? In order for Kroger Customer Connect to respond to your reply as soon as possible, it is important that the subject line of this email not be changed. Reference: ******** Your Comments: I bought fried chicken because Fred Meyer had a 5 dollar deal. The deal was spend 5 dollars and get 5 pieces of chicken.
