      10th and ********** kroger pharmacy ***** the drive thru is NeVEr open. ive complained to the pharmacy kroger corp to no avail. its disability discrimination when they say just have a able bodied person pick it up for you to assume everyone has someone is unreal. the people working are incredibly rude. ive been on hold for over a hour today to just get them to answer the phone. i eventually get routed to the store and another rude person. to be sent back to the pharmacy to never have the phone picked up and then be disconnected by them without them ever answering. my insurance has tried calling to override a denial but cant get through either. what is the deal? so now i can barely walk and have to park and go in. mind you no sep door closer to the pharmacy no special parking for pharmacy only customers no drive thru open yet theyre open till 8 pm. next step is the attorney general

      I'm 71 years and just sat down on the steps in the 3CDC lobby at your downtown Cincinnati before going inside your store to buy things and was immediately ordered by a security guard to get up. Told him I needed to catch my breath, but he ordered me up. Pretty rude, he saw me breathing hard, and I am not sure Kroger even has authority in the lobby. Particularly offended because I am a courteous person. The things I have seen others do at the downtown Cincinnati location is far worst and they get away with the behavior. The guy's name is Mulligan, or so he claims. Short, white guy, with a beard and potmarked face. I asked for an apology and he refuse. Don't think he belongs there. Couldn't even tell the difference between someone who just needed some rest and someone truly there to cause trouble (and there's a lot of that, as you know).

      I switched from ******** delivery to Boost Delivery to try and get fresher produce ( the only thing I was unhappy with at ********) I ordered groceries weekly using Boost and every single time, there were issues, absorbent overcharging, ridiculous substitutions and overall terrible, terrible service. I called after giving them chance enough to ask for a partial refund on my membership cause I could no longer bear to put up with all the inconveniences their stupidity was causing and they refused! You have 7 days OR 3 deliveries to cancel. After that, you're out of luck, no matter how crappy the service they provide is. Just an example of the problems I was dealing with, here's the one that happened today & was the straw that broke the camels back. I ordered ground beef and specifically asked them not to substitute it if it was not in stock. The meat was not in stock so they substituted 4 boxes of cereal@ $6.99 each that they charged me for but did not deliver! So almost $28 worth of cereal that I didn't order or even receive instead of the ground beef i wanted. Completely unacceptable. If you're looking to sign up, RUN!

      They're gonna just take your money.....My card was not approved twice before the person at the register said the whole country is having problems...while later the manager says it's a Kroger issue, not the whole country. Ran my card twice, wasn't approved....got to my car, without my purchase, and my bank says money was taken out of my account both times. Manager says nothing we can do....yet they knew there was issues before I ran my card twice, they could have put a sign up telling shoppers that there might be a problem...I will stop shopping there, and If you need your money in your account, you should too....

      Do not use kroger delivery app you might fall victim to fraudulent charges on Your card and they do absolutely nothing to help you other then give you a case number and send you on your way

      6/10/2023 Order was to be delivered to my 92 year old mother in The ********** TX (at a senior facility). I was Charged for the order that was never delivered. Kroger Chat and Kroger Customer Service absolutely no help. The driver phone number listed on the notification was a number that doesn’t accept incoming calls. There is no way to track the online order, no way to contact the third-party delivery company Shipt, and no way to escalate a problem at Kroger. Yet so easy for Kroger to fraudulently charge a customer for product that was never delivered - not to mention the stress Kroger caused a 92 year old woman! Shame on you Kroger! Kroger is a Heartless company with terrible customer service and a terrible online order system. Do not order online from Kroger.

      The Kroger company employs deceptive practices. They advertise at a certain price, but charge at a greater price. They do not honor their coupons. Their in store pricing labels is also deceptive.

      Rate this company zero/no stars at all on their customer service..I purchased a gift card for ****** for my granddaughter in the amount of $200. However when she tried to use the card on ****** apparently the card was alresdy in the possession of another persons account and was no good...When I called the number on the receipt customer service says they cant reimburse because it was paid for in cash!! Whats the point of the receipt?? All the billions they probably have yet they steal from an old lady and a little teenager!! Shame on you Kroger! Shame on ****** too because they would not reimburse either!

      I made a purchase on 5/22/23 and 5/28/23 at the Kroger store in Anderson Township off of Beechmont Ave in Cincinnati Ohio .
      The purchase on 5/22/23 was for $361.90 & on 5/28/23 for $83.47. To top it all off from 6/2/23 to 4/2/23 I have spent $1056.57 in the past 2 months.
      Getting back to 5/22/23 and 5/28/23, some of the items purchased either had a funny taste or made me sick. Today 6/5/23, I finally had time to return the items. I called the store around 8:12 am and spoke with customer service. I was told to bring in my receipt and that I do not need to bring in the bad food.
      I finally had time later that day . The customer service agent was rude and nasty from the get go. She said we cannot refund the items unless we have all of the items. I explained to her I spoke with someone in the morning. To make a long story short, I ask to speak to a manager. This nasty young girl proceeds to call the manager and said the following: " This lady claims that she called this morning and spoke with someone " as if I had reason to lie about getting a refund for a measley 20.00 versus the huge purchase I made within a week's time.
      I handed the receipt to the young girl & when she gave it back to me, she slammed it on the counter. The manager and another individual comes over as if I was a first rate criminal. I even showed them the call that I made in which I should not have to do that! So the manager proceeds to gather in information so that they can file a freakin claim with ********. I am floored with this treatment!
      To make a long story short they wound up giving me a store credit and stated that that is their new policy. I told the Matt that it will not be back for a long time or I will not be back in the store. This was one of the worst treatments I had in a long time! Matt stated it was fine that I did not come back. I will be reaching out to headquarters.
