      Violated HIPAA by leaving my prescription on the counter for 10+ minutes. Was notified the prescription was ready two days prior to picking it up. When I got there they told me it was not ready and I needed to wait. The woman working printed my prescription then left it on the counter after telling me I needed to wait for them to fill it. The pharmacist caught it and said something to her, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

      Tried to set up a new account today and their app was taking me round and round a loop. Shut my phone off and rebooted. Then tried to do new account again. And same issue. Could not complete order. So I tried their chat. It's a bot. Waited five minutes and nothing. Tried calling customer service and barely could hear "Glady's" and when I told her I couldn't finish my order she hung up on me. I deleted the app. I lament the two hours of my life I won't get back but after seeing their reviews....I didn't miss anything.

      I made a online order on Monday for great discounts but the soonest delivery they had was for Wednesday so I just checked my receipt and boom I got charged full price because the discount was over on Tuesday night and the won't refund me my money. Not only is this not fare but now your stealing money out of my pocket. Shame on you. Its not my fault krogers didn't have delievery for Tuesday so now they treat costumers like this. Horrible and I will never use them again.

      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the digital coupon system employed by King Soopers. Today, I encountered a particularly exasperating situation that has left me frustrated and disappointed with your company.Earlier today,
      In this day and age, it is perplexing that King Soopers, a prominent supermarket chain, has not streamlined the coupon redemption process to be more convenient for customers.Allow me to draw a comparison with other retailers for a moment. Take Costco, for example. When they offer a discount on an item, it is automatically deducted at the cashier without requiring any manual intervention. This seamless approach ensures that customers are charged the correct price effortlessly. King Soopers should consider adopting similar techniques, instead of imposing the burden on customers to download the application and manually select coupons. Frankly, it seems archaic and needlessly frustrating.
      Moreover, I want to address the issue faced by elderly individuals who shop at King Soopers. Not everyone possesses a smartphone or has the ability to add digital coupons. Are these individuals expected to pay more simply because they do not use smartphones? I find this discriminatory and fundamentally unfair.
      In conclusion, I urge King Soopers to reevaluate its digital coupon system and strive for a more user-friendly and inclusive approach. Simplifying the process, automating discounts at the cashier, or exploring alternative solutions would go a long way in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a loyal customer, I believe that it is high time for King Soopers to embrace modern technology and provide a more streamlined shopping experience.

      I have had the worst service on my life with Kroger Corp. They have absolutely NO customer service and could care less about their customers. I have been shopping at Kroger for over 20 years and I will never shop there again. i will drive 100 miles out of my way to avoid Kroger.

      This Kroger recently printed new price signs which cover up the actual price of their items. In big numbers, the "price with digital coupon" is shown. Upon close scrutiny, there is an actual "retail price" shown, but it is hidden behind the black bar sleeve which holds the sign. The only way to see the retail price is to remove the sign from its sleeve. Because of this, I ended up paying 7% more on my grocery bill without realizing until after I paid. If the average customer is fooled like I was, the store could be misleading their customers into paying thousands of extra dollars per day. The retail price for each item should be clearly visible, but it is not. I do not know of other grocery stores that have attempted to mislead their customers in this way.

      I live in Trotwood, OH (Dayton) and have shopped at the Englewood, OH Kroger from time to time. Lately, when I go to the shelf to find an item "On Sale" in their ads, the "sale" sticker next to the regular price sticker has, IN VERY FINE PRINT, "with Digital Coupon". So... 1. Not everyone can get the sale price for several items in the store. 2. I am a Kroger Card member, but I can't get the sale price unless I bother to go through the hassle of downloading the coupons. 3. I don't like the fact the sale stickers and ads have "with Card" and "with Digital Card" in extremely small and difficult to read fine print. Seems like a form of discrimination, even deceiving marketing tactics, to fool people that don't pay attention or have vision problems! I feel sorry for older people these days. 4. Not everyone is what I call "Tech Savvy"!! I just do the basics on my SmartPhone. I had a DumbPhone up until a year ago. 5. Going back to the Englewood store, I have had issues ringing up the prices CORRECTLY, or accurately, when I use the Self-Scan registers!! 2 weeks ago, I had trouble getting the correct price to come up on the little screen (Red Baron pizzas, 3 for $10 for Card Member). I had an employee come and help me, and even she could NOT get it to ring up correctly! She even said to me in disgust, "This makes my job more difficult." Kroger really needs to overhaul their Self-Scan registers and/or software! Seriously.

      Bought baby food at Smith's on goff made my son sick called customer service and they did nothing but offer me ten bucks to my card my poor baby projectile vomited and we spent 4 hrs in urgent care this company has become a joke I'm switching to **********
