Visited this location after work for a sale item that was not in stock. Went to customer service desk to request price match with similar item (as this had been done in the past at this location). Request denied. Reached out to customer service via email to address dissatisfaction with service (including not being offered some type of incentive). Informed via email that store policy did not allow the purchasing of similar items at sale price. This inconsistent policy resulted in a waste of gas and time. I felt as though my concerns were just dismissed.

Customer service appears to always be closed. Online agents won't do anything but tell you to talk to customer service at your store. Which is closed. And useless.

I thought maybe it was just the locations near me, but research has proven otherwise. Poorly stocked, poorly managed, understaffed, and employees at their breaking points. Delivery/pick up is an absolute joke. Prices have blown through the roof and covid is no longer a viable excuse. Case stacks galore and the ridiculous impulsive sales push has made it impossible to walk through stores as you make aisles narrower to add more junk to what used to be prominently GROCERY stores. Apparel/houseware selection is garbage quality for unreasonable prices. Kroger, your executive employees clearly have no idea what they're doing anymore, most likely due to having no genuine experience whatsoever in retail. (I doubt you folks even do your own shopping.) You will never be ******* because you're too late to that table, and your feeble attempt to grow bigger driven by greed will be your downfall. You have forgotten that your employees and customers, (Or rather your preferred term 'consumers') determine your success. What a waste of billions. I won't be the least bit surprised when stores start closing faster than ******t and your stocks fail as investors catch on to your ** and pull out.

I was in an escalated altercation with a cashier at the store. This is an unsafe environment to shop at with children. The stores hired security will not assist but sit there and gawk at the incident. The employees promoted violence and I don’t believe the store manager is going to rightfully terminate the cashier in question. I will continue to follow up with Corporate. For now, I will not be spending my money in Kroger Co.

I ordered delivery and never received it April 11. I have called/chatted several times and have been told to wait 7-10 business days. It is now day 11 and am being told it can take longer than that time frame and to keep waiting. Every time I call it’s a different person with a different wrong answer. Nobody seems interested in resolving the issue and just giving me back my money nor did I get an explanation of where my groceries went.

I've been shopping at Kroger for almost 20 years and most recently the service is really going downhill. I decided to use their grocery delivery service. This was on April 5th 2023. I place my order online and was told that my order would be at my home in 2 hours. Kroger uses their home delivery services and they also use instacart. The delivery was made by instacart. When the driver arrived at my home he knocked on the door and my bags were sitting in front of my door. As I started gathering everything and bringing it inside I immediately noticed that the items were not what I ordered. The instacart delivery guy gave me someone else's order. I immediately called their customer service and was offered a refund for the order. The items that I received we're not even able to be used because it was food items that I am unable to eat like beef and dairy. It was quite a bit of ground beef and milk in the order. The only thing that was in that order that I was able to use was salad mix. I used the last money that I had to buy those groceries. I was told that I would be refunded in three to five business days. After that time passed I called their customer service and they changed it to 7 to 10 business days. I called them again and was told that my money will be in my account on the 18th of April. I called them yesterday the 18th and they changed it to Thursday the 19th. When I inquired as to why the date keeps changing I was told that due to an issue with their system it had to be processed in another part of their system, whatever that means. So in other words Kroger is not wanting to refund my money back. I'm a single mom of two and I cannot afford to go through this. This company has really gone downhill and the way that they are treating people is downright wrong. It's been 2 weeks and still no money in my account. My next step is contacting my lawyer.

I have been overcharged at least 5 times (that I know of) in recent months at the Kroger in Troy, Ohio. Yesterday, I purchased grapes that were supposed to be $.99 a pound. They rang up at $1.99 per pound. When I went to customer service I had to prove that I had downloaded the digital coupon (which I had) before being given my $2.28 refund. $2.28 may not seem like much money, but in a years time it adds up to $118.56. Like I said there are numerous times this has happened in recent months. Another example that I caught was when I bought chicken legs that were buy one get one. I was charged full price for both packages. The gentleman at customer service that day told me that the chicken legs were ringing up incorrectly for a lot of people. I am pretty sure there have been other times when I have been overcharged and just not noticed. I shouldn’t have to waste my time checking the receipt each week and then waiting in line to get my refund.

Ralphs is no longer a good place as it used to be. Even customer service is rude and disrespectful.
I was affronted by their staff (Maria) in produce department, in Burbank, CA branch. And then I complained about it through their web site. But nothing was done to resolve the issue. I think it's been over a month now. I've been shopping at ralphs and food for less for over 2 decades. And now I stopped shopping with any of their businesses... I don't trust kroger anymore.

I am done buying their brands, vegetables and fruit here in Grand Junction, CO. Sugar I have had to bring back full of bugs, produce already rotten before I even take it out to use the same day, while they advertise "Fresh for everyone," signs in their stores saying fresh fruit when it's anything but, misleading their community, etc. I like their canned Turkey but I spent a half hour trying to open that can with an electric can opener and a hand can opener and only got it open half way while my hand can opener pieces actually came apart! I took pictures of this. Pharmacy took three years just to get my meds automatically refilled too! Awful and not worth it.
