      I have been going here for over a year. I have had two differnt negative indicents. The first one occurred a few months back when Amanda, the Lpn arranged a med visit with me and gave me an appointment card to verify. When I arrived for the appointment, the clerk stated they didn't have an appointment for me. The second happned today. I was scheduled for a radio frequency abrasion, which I was informed by Riverhills that would be covered by insurance. Dr C set up the appointment for me. When I arrived today for the surgery, I was told my insurance had not approved the procedure. I am unsure why I did not get a call from Riverhills explaining this to me before I took another day off work, with no treatment. This place is unaccountable and not organized. Find a better specialist.
