    I called to inquiry about getting my catalytic converter replaced as it was cut off my vehicle the individual who answered the phone continued to ask me questions as if I was illiterate because he was asking things that had nothing to do with a catalytic converter replacement. I have a good amount general knowledge about cars and the things the individual was completely irrelevant for what I inquired about. I was told that the individual would look up the information then call me back but I did not receive a call. I am unsure if it’s because I am a young African American or not but that was unacceptable.
