    came here it was a was a HORRIBLE experience. They had me waiting for 20 minutes. And when I initially walked in, I asked the guy can I please get someone who’s good with shape. I came here because they were right across from Walmart and they weren’t packed. The person who usually does my nails is out of town after waiting for 20 minutes I was finally called over to a middle-age older woman towards the back booth. I showed her the picture and told her that I wanted square tapered, nails, meaning, slim squares. She told me OK and then proceeded to put the nails on and cut them in coffin shape. I explained to her that that’s two different shapes. She told me she will fix it once she started filing. After putting the acrylic on, she begin to file them . Once she was done filing, I told her how the nails were HUGE and LUMPY I literally wanted to cry because I don’t play about my nails. I asked her is there anyway that she could fix the shape because I wasn’t happy with it and I asked her this very nicely. She told me her sister could. Her and her sister spoke in their language she then turned around and proceeds to cut the nails off, with no warning. She then proceeded to scream about how she’s stupid for wasting time on my nails do I think she’s stupid and called me a dumb customer. I will never go back to the nail salon again. Also, if you are into crisp, nail shapes and updated nail tech work, I do not recommend it at all. Honestly, this nail salon is more for older women . The worst nail experience ever. No customer service skills at all.
