      Excellent job. Roto Rooter came promptly and was in and out in about 2h. Shareef was very thorough taking time to cut the tree roots and made sure everything was working well. Set up the follow up appointment for the camera scope before he left. We have an old House and are regulars. Way better service than the last time.

      The Roto-Rooter on *** ******* **** ****, in New Orleans, Louisiana, is absolutely abysmal! This company participates in price gouging the elderly, and are exceptionally callous when insurance companies cover the cost of repair. They will not stand by any work they do, and if there are ANY concerns, they will go unacknowledged. I hate this company, their fraudulent practices, and their lackadaisical employees. The service is never worth the cost, and I should have gone with a reputable company like *******.

      Great and speedy service. The tech explained everything before hand and then quoted the price to get the job done. As soon as he began he did not stop until the issue was resolved.

      This is the second time I have called Roto-Rooter to my house. I made an appointment, and they found an opening and were able to show up even earlier. The gentlemen who came this time were very informative of their plans to fix the issue at hand, and then showed me pictures and explained everything they did thoroughly. I was prepared to spend way more than they charged, so I was very happy when they told me the cost of the work.

      Jason responded out right away. He was polite and professional. He explained what he was doing, gave recommendations to prevent future issues and even saw an issue with my furnace condensation drain that could cause me problems if not resolved.Excellent service!
