    Since Friday my heat has not been on. I've contacted the rent office and the emergency line for the past 3 days to no avail. Today the heat is not on either and I have not heard from the landlord. I've started getting sick as a result. They don't salt the walkways when it snows.

    I moved in back in March of 2019 off and on my refrigerator has leaked. I report it days weeks months go. I called the rent office mailed in letters.
    June a Saturday my hot water wouldn't turn off. Even after I turned it off like normal. I called the rent office got the emergency line ###-###-#### no answer that was at 216pm Saturday I left a message. I called at 216, 222, 322, 522, 918 12am
    Sunday i called the emergency at 848am 11am. No answer at 11am my picture had fallen knocked my TV down and broke it.
    Monday June 14th 555am left another message. No response. 924 am hot water still running.
    No one came till Tuesday to fix the hot water.
    I informed the landlord She told me renters insurance is responsible. I spoke with a state farm renters insurance agent and a lemonade renters insurance agent both told me that my landlord is responsible for the damage to my TV.
    June 24th an extermination notice was put in my door he came sprayed no problem. July he came with a coworker and sue the lady who is in charge of maintenance. He sprayed the kitchen than knocked my TV over nobody said one word. Still haven't said nothing. Since I moved in someone has stuck a stick in my door lock. When it snowed in the winter they told me they don't shovel the walk way or steps because they'd get a ticket. According to section 723.57 and 723.59 of city of Cincinnati. Gov they are responsible for clearing the walk ways and steps. I almost fell on the concrete steps.
