      1. The business didn't resolve the problem by not finish the job. Caulking not around the windows outside siding aluminum.
      2. The gutter needs existing, experiencing problems with poor rain water drainage needs extension gutter.
      3. Plug outside is damage by workers (electrical plug).

      Hello, 

      We are sorry to hear of the concerns regarding this job.

      I do not believe that Storm Shield is the correct party to receive this complaint as we do not hold or administrate the Warranty regarding this job. The Warranty for this job is handled by the Insurance Carrier & or Managed Repair Program. (Please see the attached document's "highlighted area" on page 2)

       

      Additionally we we're limited in the scope of work performed by the approved insurance estimate as it relates to the items below.

      1) The Vinyl Siding Institute does not recommend caulking J-Channel to window wraps as the J-Channel itself is the flashing mechanism.

      2) Downspout extensions we're not approved by the insurance company. The insurance company would only pay to replace the downspouts as existing. No additional drainage or splash blocks we're approved by the insurance company & we we're not requested to provide an estimate to the homeowner for additional work.

      3) We we're not directed to do any work on the electrical plug, we simply installed siding around it. The electrical plug was damaged prior to the start of our work and is in the same condition as it was prior to the start of our work.
