      I've been with the Mason location for 10 years. My current provider left the practice, and I was scheduled to see a new provider. A prescription I was on expired, and they wouldn't refill it without an appointment. I was informed today, after calling three separate times the previous week, that they were dropping me as a patient because I canceled two appointments. Both were canceled and rescheduled within their requirements. One due to a funeral and one because I was ill. Now I've been without my medication for a week and must wait for an appointment with another doctor's office to explain what happened, what medication I need, and ask if they will refill it. I have never been so mistreated by a doctor before.
