    I placed an order for one shirt around 9:00a on (3/23). I paid extra for this order for the expedited 2 Day shipping. My bank ancc was charged 3/25 and as of 3/27 at 2:00p it still had not even been shipped yet. I sent a total of three emails to the company to inquire about the status of the order and have not received a single response. I called the number I saw attached to the company and it was no longer in service. So then I called one of the brick and mortar stores and asked the individual who answered for the number to reach customer service when he told me, “oh we don’t have a number per say to contact them but you can send them an email if you have a question if you want”. After telling him I had sent multiple unanswered emails, said he would write down my email address and let them know I was trying to reach them. I still have not heard ANYTHING from them and suddenly my order has been shipped. Why pay extra for “expedited” shipping when the delivery is not at all faster than typical shipping? The whole point of paying extra was to have this shirt for an event that I’m now unable to have it for. It’s absolutely ridiculous that there is no way to contact customer support to eliminate any issues, and when you do reach out to their customer service there’s crickets. And after reading numerous reviews about orders placed online I’m not going to be holding my breath on the delivery of the order.

    Thanks for getting in touch. We apologize for any confusion on your website.  Cincy Shirts has always struggled with our online production.  When we printed our own shirts, we were always either buried in orders, or had staff on the clock with nothing to do. After the Bengals Super Bowl rush caused order flows 3x our typical monthly volume, it took us 6 weeks to get caught up.  At this point, we put a plan in place to outsource our production to a local company located in Fairfield.  As you are seeing first hand, this partnership is not ideal.  They hold us to a 3-5 day shipping window.  The expedited shipping you upgraded to does not expedite your actual order, it expedites the shipping. So orders are ready to ship after 3-5 days, and then you have transit time after that.  You aren't the first one to point this out, so I think its time to remove this from our website.

    Also, I am pleased to also tell you that we are preparing to bring our production in house again. After seeing the issues that this company has caused our online store, we know we can provide a better experience.  We have a company at the ready to take overflow orders in case we get slammed.  

    We actually printed and shipped your order from our store yesterday and bypassed the production company.  I wish we had responded sooner.  I am forwarding your message to our customer service representative. She usually does a great job, but this is unacceptable. Another issue with outsourcing our online production is that our stores have no idea where an order is.  Its a completely different system that store staff does not have access to.   Once we bring orders in house, this problem should also be resolved.

    We appreciate your business, as you can tell, its still a work in progress. We've been so lucky to have the success that we have had, but it also comes with a lot of headaches that tend to pop up. We need to be better.

    I have refunded your order. We hope you still enjoy your Rosie shirt.

    On September 27th I placed an online order (#******) either the company for two t-shirts and a pack of decals. After 1 week of hearing nothing I emailed customer support and was told the hold up was that they were out of the sticker packs. They said they would refund me for that and send out the shirts. I have neither received the refund or any word on the shirts being shipped. On my billing statement the order shows up as ***. I’m including a photo showing they have not refunded me anything at this time.

    On January 6th while watching **** I saw a story that Cincy Shirts was selling 513 t-shirts fo* ***** ****** ( the ***** football player that had the heart attack on the field) an that the proceeds would be sent to his foundation. Order 3 t-shirts # ****** that included $0.98 route package protection and $10 priority shipping. On Jan 10th they sent out this general email. On Jan 13th @ 5:47 I sent this email (after attempting to call them several times about my order the phone just rang not even an voicemail.) I am trying to get an update on our order # ****** which was placed on 1/6/23 for a total of $93.98. We paid for priority Mail and we have not received any tracking information on our order. We ordered t-shirts in honor of ***** ****** and he is out of the hospital now. We hope this is not a scam. Can someone at Cincy Shirts give us an update on our order ASAP
    Received auto response Thanks for emailing Cincy Shirts! @ 5:48 We work regular business hours Mon-Fri 8AM - 4:30PM, so someone will get back to you within 48 business hours. We received another general message on Sat Jan 14th at 6:00 I do not have enough room to include. Mon Jan 16 @ 1:21 I sent another email asking for them to address my order and not send me a general message. On Tue Jan 17 @ 4:48 I emailed to cancel my order and refund our money and said we would donate to his foundation on our own. On Wed Jan 18 @ 4:59 I re-sent my cancel my order email and ask for a refund.

    We have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below:
    Cincy Shirts was aware of our request to cancel our order and for a full refund before the shirts were shipped out. Therefore, we are asking for our full refund of $93.98 so that we can donate directly to ***** ******** Foundation . Cincy Shirts should be responsible for the $10 shipping charge. Per their instructions we processed a refund (only for $83.98 charging us $10 for shipping even though the order was cancelled prior to Cincy Shirts shipment) and received a USPS tacking # ********************** and will take to a PO tomorrow.
