    if I could leave less than 1 star I would. absolutely terrible customer service if you can even consider it that. and don’t even think about purchasing 2 day shipping because it’ll take 5 days for the order to even “ship” aka just create a label with the usps who says “We were notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing. A delivery date will be provided when **** receives the package”.

    Im not sure what has happened over the year but online or in house custom orders has severely declined in my experience. In February I placed a custom order for ** Cincinnati. When i went in to pick it up with my receipt they had no info on my order and gave me whatever they had in stock. Upon getting home- one item had a hole in the shoulder. I was unable to exchange it for the same item and had to opt for something else. With this order I received nothing I ordered. Fast forward to July. I place an online order. I never receive it. I open a ticket with tgeir customer service who took 3 weeks to even start my order all over again, and they charged me for shipping, again. I asked them to reverse the shipping charge which they did and as of today the item i was to receive yesterday is now somehow being returned to sender. Ive requested a full refund and will open a complaint with my CC and bbb if Im not refunded. So much for trying to support a local business. 2 orders this year, 2 orders never received.

    Ordered 2 shirts on 6/30/23. No response to repeated emails asking for a tentative shipping date or any response to an email period. Company did charge my credit card. Terrible customer service, order from this company at your own risk.

    Ordered 2 shirts 3 weeks ago. No word why the delay. Good luck getting someone to answer their phone.
    Never again will I order from them!!!

    They have pretty cool shirts. That's it! Their customer service is very subpar. If you talk to one person the next person you speak with is not going to give you the same answer. I have been given multiple different quotes on when my shirts will arrive. They're logistics are very very poor as well. I live 20 minutes away. Somehow my package still hasn't arrived and it's been 10 days. From now on I will find someone on Facebook to make my shirts.
