      For two or three years I have checked back to purchase the Red Ohio Against the World flag and it was always "sold out". On January 1, 2025 it was no longer listed as sold out, so I instantly ordered it. After about a week I received an email that it was sold out and they offered a flag in a color that does not make sense to offer an Ohio State fan as a replacement. Ohio State and their fans only use the red flag. I just want a full refund with the next red flag that comes in their warehouse for free due to having to wait at least a couple years before it was no longer sold out and then being told it's sold out after I ordered the item when it was no longer sold out. Just bad business and they aren't taking me serious about someone from management getting in touch with a real resolution of me still getting the red OATW flag.

      I'm requesting a refund for a current order that I still want to receive the product. They falsely advertised on their website that the item was back in stock after being out of stock every time I looked in the last two or three years at this point and then tell me management will get in contact with me for a resolution but I hear nothing. So they also have bad customer service.

      Order Date: January 24 (see attached email). I paid $10.50 for shipping. A few weeks went by, and I reached out via email to their team to see what was going on. My package (which I was able to track, but was stuck at the post office) hadn't been attempted to deliver to my address. Since I paid for shipping, I would at least like an attempt to my residence. I eventually messaged the company via there website, and the response was 'figure it out'. I've attached screenshots of the text. I've also attached a screenshot of what their shipping policy is on their website (it's not a complete website, it's just a bunch of random latin). This feels unfair and a little bizarre. I'd like my money back or an attempted delivery. I would also like their customer service to be a little more reasonable.
