    My wife purchased tickets for a concert through the Taft Theater (the day before the concert). The Taft Theater transferred them to ************. My wife's phone doesn't support the ************ app and ************ refused to transfer them to my phone. My wife spent almost two hours on the phone with ************ trying to transfer the tickets to my phone, (this is now the day of the concert). I tried to contact the Taft Theater to cancel the tickets but was 15 minutes late (this was hours before the concert was to start). Taft Theater box office closes at 3:00. The box office is only open 4 hours a day. My wife is now out $150.00 for tickets we couldn't access.
