1 starI had my ****** ********** towed to Fred's because I had an overheating problem. It kept losing fluid. They said they had fixed it and charged me $881.00 for fixing it. Before I even got home it overheated again. I talked to Brian, their counter person, who agreed to have it towed back in. After several days I called back and Brian told me that they believed the problem was a blown head gasket, but they didn't have a mechanic who was able to repair it, I talked to Brian again and asked about a refund. He told me that he would submit the request for a refund since they did not fix the problem. After several phone calls and discussions with Brian, I was told that the corporate would only agree to store credit and for less than half of what I paid them. I explained to Brian that was not acceptable. What good would store credit do me since they didn't have someone who could fix it, plus I did not need new tires or alignment. I need the cash because I had several bills I needed to pay. I told Brian that if they will not agree to pay me cash then I would get an attorney. I have not heard any more from them. I contacted the legal aid and talked to a lawyer who gave me several options which this is one. I told the lawyer that along with the refund I would also seek the cost of all the **** rides I had to take because they were unable to repqir my car.Review fromWilliam B

Bought 4 tires for my wife's ****** Murano costing over $1,300. The first day after the front tire was down to 24psi. I thought they just didn't get it full so I pumped it up to 36psi. The next day it was down to 14psi. When I called to tell them that I was going to have my wife bring it over for them to look at they told me it would be a 2 hour wait. That is totally unacceptable for her to have to wait 2 hours for them to fix their mistake. I had planned on spending another $1,300 on my truck tires there but not now. I will never use them again and I hope others do not either. What a pathetic way to treat cash paying customers.Tire Discounters, Inc.

calculate tax. All our rebates are available on our website and can be

Buyer Beware!!! You may get scammed like I did!!! $1108.61 later and my car still wasn't fixed. I bought my car to Tire Discounters on Winford ave due to a rattle, shaking, and loud noise in my right front passenger side tire. After examining the tire I was told by the technician that my front innter tie rod and CV shaft were bad causing the noise, rattle and shacking in the tire. So they replaced both parts. I drove off the lot and up the street and less than a block later the same tire was rattling, shaking, and making a loud noise so I turned around and went back to tire discounters and told them that I still had the same problem. They put the car on the lift and I was told that my transmission mount was going out and that's why I'm still hearing the noise. I took my car to a different repair shop and had the transmission mount replaced. Drove off the lot of the other repair shop and was still experiencing the same rattling, shaking, and loud noise in my front passenger side tire. So I went back to Tire Discounters and told that I'm STILL EXPERIENCING THE SAME PROBLEM after having the transmission mount replaced!!!! The technician put my car back on the lift, examined the tire, and said "Oh I think the struts need to be replaced and that should solve the problem". At this point I was highly frustrated and stated "So I didn't need the other parts replaced?" he said "Yeah, but we can replace the struts for another fee" so I stated, " if that's the case, I want my money back for the unnecessary replacement and repairs!". He had no comment. So after taking my car to a different repair shop to have the struts replaced the problem has finally been resolved! I was scammed by Tire Discounters at 6578 Winford ave. Hamilton, OH 45011, and need my money back for the misdiagnosis (twice) and unnecessary replacement(S) and repair(S). (there are other repair issues not completed but I don't have another character remaining to elaborate.) BBB PLEASE HELP!!Tire Discounters, Inc.

1 starDO NOT COME HERE!!!! If you have any nice sports or muscle car I would not recommend this place I’ve had MULTIPLE issues here. For starters I pay $1200 for new rims on my 2021 Scat pack and not even a week later a sensor goes bad and have to make them replace it and they put on the aftermarket TPMS sensors instead of keeping the OEM ones which I think are better quality. I let that situation slide. I came in recently to the SAME PLACE for a tire rotation and these idiots put my 10.5 inch rims that are supposed to be REAR ONLY on the FRONT OF MY CAR. And since those rims are too big for the front because In RWD cars you have big tires and big rims on rear side only for better traction and performance and since they’re too dumb to realize that they rotated them back to front instead of side to side. And it’s worse because I got the rims at this same exact place! Yet they don’t realize you’re not supposed to put those rims on the front! This caused the tires to rub on my sway bar making a terrible sound any time I reverse the car and back up while turning the wheel since the rims are obviously too big for the front side of the car. I had ANOTHER SHOP FIX THEIR PROBLEM SINCE I HAVE NO TRUST FOR ANYONE AT THIS SHOP! How terrible business another tire shop has to fix your workers mistakes. Will never come back and I’ve spent $1200 on rims and another $1200 on tires just for my charger. Not to mention my second car I own. Lost my business and money. Don’t come here if you have any nice car. They WILL mess it up!!!! I have lifetime free tire balance and rotation at this shop since I bought my tires from here and will go to another shop and would rather pay them the cost of a rotation and alignment than have these people do it for free because they are so incompetent at their job it’s ridiculous! Very unprofessional!! I left my vehicle with them for 2 days and kept telling me I was next in line to be looked at. When I asked for a time frame the counter guy coped an attitude, so I ask to speak to his manager (who apparently has gone to school on how to make excuses). So I went and picked up my vehicle and will never make the mistake of trying to use them again.Tire Discounters, Inc.

Pt 1. So back in August I took wheels and had new tires put on them mounted abd balances before I was leaving for ******* well on my vacation that week I noticed my truck had a littler vibration i pulled over to realize my lug nut had come lose and broke the bolt off my wheel hub assembly. ruining my vacation as I spend most of it getting and fixing my truck. Ontop of that I contacted and asked to speak to customer service they said I would hear something within 48 hours over a week past I sent another email saying I hadn't been contacted yet and would like to be about paying for the damages caused to my truck for them using to shallow of a lug nut on my truck. Then I get a call from a guy named Frank who works at the one in sharronville and claimed to be the distract manager. He was the most rude person I've ever talked to. He said she what happen I explained the lug nuts they used was not deep enough so there for they backed off and broke my bolts on my hub. Then he said that's not our fault that's on you. I said how is that on me he then said did you retorque them after the first 150 miles. I said no I wasn't informed that I needed to do that. He then said I didn't need to be informed and that it is on my receipt from tire dicouner which it is not. So then said look bottom line is the lugs they put on my truck was not deep enough. I said I'll bring them in and show you he said okay for my investigation I'll need you to do that I said no problem I'll see you in a couple says. I went there he said so what do you want. I said I'd like for you to see these are not the right.lug nuts and that they are only deep enough to hold my wheel by about 1 thread. He then said two reasons this happen you didn't retorque them I said show me on my receipt where it says I need to do that he said you should just know that it's a common thing. Then said my lugs had antiseeze on them. I said okay well I didn't put the antiseeze on them he said well we don't keep it in out stores.
Pt 2. So then I said okay well if you didn't put it on there but your guys was the last people to have the wheel off and if you see it on there how come your guys didn't see it and think we'll maybe we should clean that off before we mount these wheels and tires. He then posedded to tell me that it wasn't on them it was on me for not retorqueing my wheels. Then I thought about taking it to court and then didn't feel like messing with it but now my front tires that just got in make are complete bald on the outside because they didn't do the alignment right so I noticed it's ruined my tires so I guess I'll be reaching out to a lawyer. But all around horrible experience that cost me alot of money and my vacation

I went into tire discounters with a rear tire censor issue. I asked them to look over vehicle because traction light came on. they told me it would be 1700.00 for whole new front brakes, rotors, hoses and rear censor. I told them to put vehicle back together. that'll be 90.00. okay. I took vehicle to friend..nothings wrong but bent wire harness, he straightened and taped. no charge. always get a second option when dealing with these guys. just my opinionTire Discounters, Inc.

********, ** (CampbelI Station RD) would not recommend buying tires here! they do not stand behind their products. 11,000 miles on tires (purchased in February of this year) and 70% of the tread is gone. When I first arrived to show them the tires I was told there was basically nothing they could do. after I stood there for 5 minutes getting schooled on how it was all my fault, the trucks fault, etc. The manager went out to look at them and then tried to convince me that this was normal? Then proceeded to show me a bald spare tire on his jeep to convince me this was ok? I lost my temper at that point and then he asked me to come back inside to see what he could do. From that point I was offered a deal of about $510.00. $55.00 needed immediately for the shipping of 2 tires and $445.60 worth of insurances and was told this was more than fair.... If you want to do business with a company that stands behind the products they sale DO NOT COME HERE!Tire Discounters, Inc.
