      I went to Tire Discounters in Loveland, Ohio on Fields Ertel Road. I talk to Adam, i told him what tires i wanted, i gave him a deposit of 700 dollars, he told me the hazard warranty was included and my price would be 1588, he texted him i told him i would be there at 2:30, when I arrived there were 4 people in front of me so i assumed he had me and appt. but apparently not. When it was my turn they put my truck on the alignment rack, with my old tires to align it up, then they put new tires on, which i feel it should have been the other way around new tires on and then align it up. When i went to pay, i was told the hazard warranty was not included and told me i had to purchase it. I feel this is not a good experience i had with them and will not do business with this Tire Discounter in the future. Adam said that is how he was trained to do the job. Thank You, ******* ******

      I purchased tires from local deal several years ago. The in 2020 purchased 4 new tire. In April of 22 tire started losing air. Was told it was from an unrepairable leak in the sidewall. They quote me the price of a replacement tire, but neglected to allow for warranty. I mentioned this and they fixed the problem. Now 2023 another slow leak in one of the 3 remaining tires for the 2020 purchase. Again unrepairable and the others should be replace. I was quoted a price, but didn't notice allowance for warranty was not there. A few days later I went back and mentioned this. The person I normally deal with looked it up and said they would check into it and call me back. A few hours later he call back and said another employee was taking care of it with corporate and I should get a refund of $200+ which I figured was about the right amount. 15 or days go by and I go in and ask about it. I am told the employee who filed for the refund would contact corporate and get back to me. After a couple of days not hearing anything I went in to the check on it. The employee who was supposed to have filed for the refund would not talk to me and told someone else they would check with corporate and get back to me. After several more days still waiting to hear something. Can't say with this kink of treatment I would recommend them

      I have been going to Tire Discounters since 2016. I have never had a problem until a couple of weeks ago September 21, 2023. I went to Hendersonville, TN main street location. A different store manager. I got a brand new set of four tires on my Chevy ******. I got a friend to pick me up before we finished breakfast they called car was ready. I was so excited went in paid. Got to Rivergate stopped to get gas and noticed a huge big scratch on my rim. I begin to walk around and noticed everyone of my rims were scratched 2 worse than the other. I immediately called hadn't been 15 minutes. Melissa the manager said oh no worries if we did anything we will replace them. I get back there 15 minutes later. Melissa and guys from the shop comes out takes pictures acknowledges they see it. Melissa makes a call and said she has to submit it for investigation. Ok for me no problem yet you told me on the phone it would be replaced. This is a Thursday I call back Friday it's out my hand just wait patiently. I call Monday and Melissa is very impatient with me saying it's Monday. They are probably busy. She begin to get very irritated and basically hung up. September 21st was my day of Service. No one to this day has contacted me. I have waited patiently. After the manager was rude and hung up. I love Tire Discounters I have taken multiple vehicles and have bought 3 sets of tires on different cars. I have sent several of my church members and Realtors friends here. This is unacceptable and I asking from assistance since this is out of Melissa control as the manager. I even asked could I talk with someone or and email. How can you investigate something with out the custome?

      I bought tires in 2021 from TD and was told the warranty was 65,000 miles. We are already at 3/32 and need to replace them. We spoke to the manager at one of the locations and he told us that 65,000 is the max mileage but realistically we should only expect to get 60%-70% of that. While we only got 42% of the 65,000, the manager did say that realistically the current deal of $100 off a set of 4 tires would be better than anything the manufacturer would might give. And, if we use the warranty to try to get the tires replaced, we could not get the free alignment with the new tires. And, if we want to use the warranty we have to wait until 2/32 but that would cause us to slide when it rains and would not be safe. So, the manager did his “magic” on the computer and comes back and tells us that for $750+ he can have us out the door with new tires. So, wait, that’s supposed to be with both a free alignment and with $100 off. The price from a dealership was almost identical which means I wasn’t really getting the $100 off or the “free” alignment. It is dishonest to say a tire has a 65,000 mile warranty and then say well really you should only expect 60%-70% of that and that if you only got 42% that it is close enough. If that is truly the case then they should only be allowed to say the warranty is 27,000 miles which is all that we got. It is also terrible to tell people they have to drive it until 2/32 to get the warranty benefits but that it isn’t actually safe to drive it on 2/32. When we bought the tires in 2021, we drove away from the shop to drive to the dealership to have a key made. By the time we got to the dealership, 1 of the 4 brand new tires was flat. We went back to TD and they told us it was a valve stem issue that is very common on new tires. That shouldn’t be … but even if true, clearly they didn’t thoroughly inspect and check the tires after installing them. And yes I have a receipt proving they had to fix it on the same day.

      brought my car there mid august for some issues with my ac and the dashboard alerts came on. It took them weeks to repair it, they didnt repair it they just cleared the dashboard of the alarms. All the lights reappered within 3 miles of the business. I called and was told to bring my car back, i did that. After my car was not repaired for the second time successfully, I asked for a refund. *****, the manager said hed make it right and to bring it in for the 3rd time. After having my car for a week ***** said they cant fix it, wont give me a refund unless i get it repaired at a dealership. I want a refund, i never signed a contract saying that Id bring my car to a dealer for a repair. If tire outfitters couldnt fix it, they should have been honest. They drained me financially where I cant afford to pay for it to be repaired at a dealership. Why do I need to spend more money to get a refund?? ***** was out of the office until Monday but was there all day yesterday. They are dishonest.

      To whom it may concern: I recently bought 4 new tires at Tire Discounters ad said comes with free aligment with purchase of 4 new tires. I was told it needed to Cam and Bolt Kits for $25 each and Labor was $145. My receipt say it was free on one page. On the next page the total was added to my purchase with tires. Bringing my total to $1088.08. I JLjust don't understand how that is free with a purchase of 4 new tires. I believe it false advertising???

      I had a flat tire at the start of a holiday weekend. The phone team was super responsive when I called on a holiday weekend and had an appointment set up for me ASAP the day after the holiday. I needed a tire patch and the General Manager at the Beechmont III location, Chris, took time to explain another aspect of my "tire health" I was unaware of. Nick, the Service Manager, was super nice and clearly communicated what happened and what to watch for going forward. A great place and I'll be back since we have three cars! I can't help but to think these other "one star" reviews are fake and posted by competitors or an upset ex-girlfriend of an employee! My experience was fantastic, very professional team!

      Absolutely the worse communication and service ever. Dont waste your time and money buying all the warranties, they wont honor any of them and will tell you one thing but do something completely different then offer some ridiculously insulting discount and if you have a manufacturer warranty go to any other tire dealer and they will honor the warranty. Save your self time, money and aggravation

      I already Talked to Christina, with customer service and Fred District manager. It’s very obvious it didn’t matter what your Manager promised 2 weeks prior to my appointment because he lied and promised something to me he could not deliver. Wasted my entire day. Fred didn’t care either. Just hope this saves someone else time and money.

      I took my wifes car in for a possible tire repair and the idiot there tried to tell me there was an Ohio law that said you cannot fix a tire that he has fix a flat in it. I checked with several other reliable sources, including another well-known tire shop that said that is a lie. Do not go to this place as they are trying to ***** you and force you into doing stuff that you dont want

      We apologize that you were told something that was not true and appreciate you letting us know of the situation. That employee has since been coached. However, they were correct in recommending a new tire. To truly repair a tire, a patch and plug combo is necessary.Fix A Flat makes it very difficult to ensure a proper seal can be achieved and often causes the patch to fail in time.

      It amazes me that even when you finally admit your error that you still try to make it sound like you were correct in someway. I know the risk, but as long as is legally theoretically, able to be repaired, Im taking that risk not you. There is no law, stating it cant be done, and there is no hazardous chemicals as it was stated by their employee. if there were hazardous chemicals, it would not be sold over the counter like it is. So in the end you have still lost a potential customer to as a result of this incident.
