We purchased a set of (4) new ****** Tires from Hebron Tire Discounters on 7/21/23. Before we were even able to leave the Hebron Tire Discounters Parking Lot, The Front Passenger Tire had damage and the entire alignment of the van was damaged / incorrect.Tire Discounters, Inc.

I went in for new wheels while my vehicle was there i ask for an oil change . When driving to work the same day my check engine light and oil light had came on. I took my car straight back to tire discounters but it was too late to solve the problem they caused my brand new car with only 30,000 miles on it . The oil filter was not properly put on right so therefore I’m having to have a new engine put in to my brand new car . Something severely needs to be done about this !!!Tire Discounters, Inc.

Bought tires from this place in late December 2022, this was my second time purchasing from this business. Had a great first experience and second experience until late July 2023 when my car began to shake when driving at any rate of speed. I took my car into the store to see what was wrong with my car. Immediately I was told my ball joints were bad and received an estimate for 879.30 to have the work done. I then took my car to get a second opinion to only find out it was my driver tire that was defective and had three large knots in it. Two on the inside facing my car and one on the outer part of my car. Since it was Sunday I has the tire replaced at a different shop. My car now drives normally. I am very upset because when tire discounters place my car on the rack they could see the defective tire however chose to allow me to drive away with an estimate for 879.30 dollars instead of replacing my tire since it was still under warranty. To make matters worse they were aware that this tire could blow at any time causing injury to myself and my children in the car and others on the road. I will never go there and spend my hard earned money with this company. All the employees who looked at my car should be ashamed that they would place people in danger instead of fixing the real problem. I have photos of my tire.Tire Discounters, Inc.

Have used Tire Discounters West *******, **** several times over the last few decades. Took my flat tire there a few weeks ago with a nail in it in the repairable tread area. Since the tire that I had bought from them seven years ago was over five years old, they would not repair. I had to spend $235 for a new one. This week I got another nail in a different tire (same age as first tire). Went down the road to another tire store. No problem to repair as long as it's less than 10 years old. I WON'T BE USING TIRE DISCOUNTERS ANY MORE ---TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE JUST TO MAKE A SALE !!!!!!Tire Discounters, Inc.

January. I spent $2100.00 on 4 struts snd springs, sway bars Right off, tire wss bending hitting the inner fender. Making sll kinds of racket, exhaust is banging on the trunk. I take it back. They claimed the es350 lexus is not high performance and that is the cause. I complained the originals didnt hit the inner ************* discounter refused to put original Lexus parts on it.6 months forward, they advertised July 21, 2023 full synthetic oil change and tire rotation $64.95, I make an appointment the desk clerk gives me pricing sheet to sign $99.99 I said there is a mistake. Im here for $64.95 synthetic oil change. He states that is for a full inspection we check your ail filter, fluid levels. I said, I just want the synthetic oil change tire rotation. He comes back again with another service agreement for $89.95. This time it says $25.00 shop fees. I said what is this shop fee? He says thats for use of our rack and paper towels to wipe oil from our hands. I said guy you can crawl on the ground and change the oil, no one else charges shop fees. I called corporate and told them. They had manager call me, he claimed everyone charges shop fees for oul changes. I said guy your a liar, I took the car to Midas, no shop fees, they asked how did they expect to change oil and rotate tires without using rack, I said apparently ripping customers off with a shop fee.Tire Discounters, Inc.

Worst people working there half the time.After a series of bad experiences I Went in for an inspection that my wife set up in person and was told to bring the car in at 2. The grumpy old ******* at the counter had the ***** to call her a liar to my face.Maybe instead of alienating a client he should have Gone and asked the tech but he chose to tell me there was now way what she said was true. Wish I could tell him how I feel but the words are censored here.Do not recommend. When we first moved here they did an oil change and failed to fill the car back with oil.The only good experience ever had there was with tire mountingTire Discounters, Inc.

I have used them for years. I have bought all my tires, all my vehicles oil change and brakes services. I had a appointment last Wednesday and they were over thirty minutes late starting. I didn’t say a word or get upset. I had a lot of things to do after the oil change. This Wednesday we got up to a flat tire, I call for someone to change my tire. My husband had an appointment with the heart doctor in Chattanooga and I didn’t want to drive with that small tire. I was at tire discount before eight to see if they could fix it. I explained to them why I needed it fixed and was told that they had appointments before me. Then she said they didn’t have anyone in that could fix a flat. I THOUHT THIS WAS A TIRE STORE. CUSTOMER STINKS NOW!! I drove a block down the road to Helton’s and was on my way in thirty minutes. They have my business now.Tire Discounters, Inc.

I dropped my vehicle at Tire Discounters in Madison, AL for a flat tire fix, rotation, and alignment. My vehicle drove smoothly prior to dropping it off. I received a call that the pittman arm needed to be replaced in order to do the alignment. I said to skip the alignment and just fix the flat and rotate the tires. When I picked up my vehicle, it rode like the front two tires were square. I brought it to another automotive shop who completed an alignment without mentioning anything about broken parts needing replacement. When I got the specs back, it showed my front two tires were way of spec. I had used this Tire Discounters before but things have changed. It was like they drumming up business. Extremely poor experience with this company. I have a 2014 **** that was having issues skipping when shifting gears. I was assured the fix was replacing the double clutch system on the car and the store refused to release the car to me. I paid over $2,000 with a guarantee this was the fix. Once the repair was made the car was still skipping gears. I took the car back to Tire Discounters and was told the issues was the entire transmission and it would be another $5,700 to replace the entire transmission. This is unacceptable as I already paid for the initial service with a guarantee it would be fixed. No one has followed up with me for a resolution of the $2,139 service as I filed a case with the Tire Discounters HQ. The service did not fix the problem thus reimbursement needs to be discussed for the service. I was told by the techs that "the transmission could last forever or fail tomorrow." This answer is unacceptable as the car has a possibility to fail while my fiance is driving the vehicle. I cannot in good faith have anyone drive an unsafe vehicle and I will not be giving any more money to Tire Discounters or recommending service until the previous service charge is discussed and resolved. My fiance and I have been using this company since we purchased this **** and we are severely disappointed in the poor quality of service and professionalism by this company.Tire Discounters, Inc.

My apologies for the miscommunication but according to our case notes the issue youre experiencing is a well-known transmission control module issue that is still under warranty through the dealer. Its my understanding that you were present when we called the dealership to confirm that it would still be covered under warranty so long as the clutch had been replaced first.
