    ***** ******** has a branch called ********* ****** **********.I have been wanting to participate for over 2 yrs , but I couldn't due to the pricing. Early this year, I interacted with the owner on social media, I expressed my desire, and the owner offered me to take the basic Level 1 of the program for $2K. I thought that was doable, so they had one of their reps contact me. Mind you, she was the same rep who I spoke with two years ago, and wanted to talk me into signing up for the program for $20k and that's why I couldn't do it at the time.Anyway, when we got connected the second time this year,I was sucked into agreeing to take all three levels for $8k. $2k PIF for Level 1 as the owner quoted me initially, and house-financing for the remaining $6k at $1k/month. The program is self-paced, and the material should be uploaded on the portal one level at a time. I started with Level 1, which I was originally interested in. However, a lot has changed with me financially since; not to mention, other life changing events have happened , which prevented me from dedicating the time needed to finish the program in a reasonable time., so I reverted back to my original plan and decided to ONLY complete Level 1.And since the other two levels were not uploaded yet, I reached out to the company to ask them to keep the $2k for L1, and to refund me the remaining for the levels I was not interested in taking anymore. At the time I contacted them, that amount was $3k. After a couple of attempts, they finally responded by refusing to issue a refund. Although I paid for material I haven't received at the time, and I no longer needed.
    Shortly after that email, they uploaded Level 2 although I wasn't done with Level 1 yet. Not to mention, in the response they sent, they stated that the best thing they could do is pause payments for 3 month to help me get caught up financially. A week later, they charged my card another $1K.I escalated it to the owner Vince P*******,but no respons

    On 8/4 I emailed Nutrition Dynamic confirming I can receive a refund for my unopened/undamaged supplements. They confirmed yes. I returned my supplements and they were received on 8/14. I have emailed the company twice with no response or confirmation of my refund.

    Late November 2022, I engaged in a conversation with Nutrition Dynamic about coaching services. I was paired with a "guide", Elena (who is now no longer with the company). We discussed plans and it was decided that I would enroll in a 6 month membership, paid up front. I asked if I could send an EFT from my HSA, and Elena advised no- that they needed a credit/debit card number to pay for services (should've been red flag number one). I provided my information and the 6 month payment in full was debited from my account 12/1, AS WELL AS a $500 "monthly membership fee". I reached out to Elena, she acknowledged the $500 monthly debit error and my account was credited. I was assured that this would not happen again going forward, in writing. The services were not as advertised. My coaching had a delayed start (not till after January 1), and I was told my contract end date would be pushed out (verbally, never received in writing). There was an additional cost to everything aside from the food plan I was prescribed. Concerns about weight gain and detrimental health effects due to supplements were largely ignored as "part of detox". I met virtually with my coach 1-2 times monthly January thru March. In April I needed to cancel a session, and no alternate time was provided for me. Then I was subsequently hospitalized due to blood clots caused by supplements prescribed. I did not reach out to the company, considering my 6 month membership cost a loss. August 10th, I logged in to my account and found Nutrition Dynamic started debiting $399 from my account monthly, starting May 22nd. I have lost $1197 with no notice to me and certainly no authorization by me. I have requested a refund of $1197 from this company, and they have now stopped corresponding with me. I did not authorize any additional payments to this company, and am appalled that I am dealing with their fraudulent business practices!

    On April 23rd, I signed a contract with the company to provide nutrition services for a period of 6mos for $3900. At the time, they said I needed to meet with a nutritionist and discuss my symptoms and plan. I never met with the coach until 3 days later and never received the plan until 4/28. During our conversation I explained I was not good with pills or certain foods. When I received the plan, it called for 32 pills a day (at an additional cost of $400). At this point it was too late to receive a refund, so I tried to proceed. Within 6 hours of day 1 (May 6th - once they arrived) taking the supplements, I became violently ill, poisoned by the supplements. I emailed the nutritionist and was told it was because I was very toxic. I requested a refund but they refused and now have turned off my access. I'm out 6 mos of paid services.
    What I thought I paid for and what I got was mispresented; contract said for coaching and I was looking for nutritional services (very confusing); no services were provided, what was done in onboarding does not constitute 4K+; there was no meeting of the minds on this service, therefore the contract cannot be enforceable. The violent vomiting and health issues it caused are not reasonable risks nor disclosed so the assumption of risk fails. They required you to sign a contract before the program was accurately communicated. Once I was given access to their community, it was full of others with same sick issues (attached).
    This is very disheartening and dishonest service and I request a refund, and if anything, it should be prorated as I received onboarding only of a 6 mo program!

    Order placed 11/10/22 in the amount of $238.88. The package was never received and customer service has neglected to provide any help other than encouraging the consumer (me) to reorder the product and spend another $238.88.
    The business, Nutrition Dynamic, was provided with plenty of evidence to support the package was delivered to an incorrect location DESPITE the consumer (me) entering the CORRECT shipping address.
