I worked with Vidal Health (formerly nutrition dynamic) for close to two years. I will never ever recommend them to anyone. If you’re currently contemplating working with them I would think twice and read reviews on ******* ******, and other places. I came to Vidal/ND some health issues and hopeful they could help. They bill themselves as a boutique health coaching company with highly trained professionals who understand challenging cases and know how to tailor a program for your unique needs. This is not the case. It’s basically a coaching mill. They get a lot of people in who are trained ‘in house’, insist on clients doing a proprietary program that's pretty much cookie cutter, and charge a lot of money for it. I knew using them would come with a higher than average price tag but certainly not one that ultimately cost me nearly $20,000 in monthly membership fees, so many supplements, so much blood work, other tests, lifestyle changes. I was encouraged to ‘trust the process’ and wanted to feel good, so I did pretty much everything my coaches advised me to do. My original coach went on leave for a period of time and I was assigned a substitute who put me in their overhyped OID program. She slashed my calories and took my carbs down so low that my energy and mood tanked, my thyroid tanked, my sleep suffered, my gut suffered. Also, the substitute coach changed the terms of my membership mid-stream by reducing how often we met and Vidal/ND continued to charge me the same amount of money every month. I did so many different protocols, some of them more than once. In the end I left Vidal/ND with the exact same issues I started with and a lot less money. Vince Pitstick says on Instagram that if they don’t figure things out and get you feeling good after 16 weeks in the OID program, they will treat you for free until you're feeling better. That’s absolutely not true. They will not treat you for free for any reason. They will just keep taking your money.

***** formally known as Nutrition Dynamic changed my life. It was worth every penny to be reversing disease and doing things doctors told me couldn’t be done. I’m convinced the bad reviews are from people who don’t follow their programming. They tell you up front that you have to reach out to your onboarding specialist 30 days ahead of when you want to leave - so the people complaining about having to give 30 days notice/ they make it very Clear. I had no problems with this company .. it just Changed my life for the better.

This company is a joke. They push supplements on you and expect you to spend $$$$ monthly after spending the initial $4000ish fee. There is very little support outside of your bi-monthly phone call with your coach. I did not meet any of my health goals under this program. I called the lady who signed me up to talk to her about my negative experience but she had already left the company (Mandi C*******) and was transferred to another person. She railroaded me with medical data about their program. THIS IS A SCAM...Be warned!

Signed contract with Nutrition Dynamic 05/19/2023. Coach emailed 05/22/2023. Only Zoom meeting 06/06/2026. Disliked plan and supplements (not disclosed prior to meeting). wanted to cancel “outside the cooling period” and could not, nor receive refund (06/12/2023). No communication since. As per Exhibit A in the Coaching Services agreement, Nutrition Dynamics is in violation of the following: Exhibit A 1.1: Coach will deliver services to client with an updated plan “minimum of 2 times per month. No refunds are issued unless Coach fails to provide plan updates 2x monthly.” Coach met one time in the past 6 weeks and didn't update any plans. I hate to have to write this review because I REALLY wanted to love ND. I was matched with a coach who, from the start, was very unprofessional. She called me "babe" countless amount of times. As a health organization, that seemed incredibly strange. As I moved throughout the program there is very little opportunity to speak with your coach. You only get to talk to them over zoom once a month which seems crazy for the money you pay. There was VERY LITTLE cost transparency throughout the program. It is already several thousand dollars to sign up (I signed up for 3 months). I was not told that I would end up being told to spend hundreds more on supplements and another thousand on labs and, if I didnt get these labs, my progress would be slow and not as likely. I came into the program with a GI and hormone panel and was told I would have to do them again. When I expressed my financial concerns and my over all anxiety that I was experiencing, my coach publicly posted two articles on a community page on their app site and tagged (only me) in two articles. One read: "are you guilty of letting one bad moment ruin your day?", and "investing in your health." The fact that I was called out for voicing my concerns and was not heard was the reason why I ultimately requested a new coach. When I brought up my concerns to my coach she stated that her ideal clients are bodybuilders and those who are competing and said I'm not ready for this kind of change. Ultimately, I feel robbed of my investment and will not longer have any trust for the ND organization nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.
