Hired this company in May 2024 to get rid of raccoons in the attic and the job remains incomplete. The little Matt completed took forever after having to send him text after text.Excuses from work injury ,car accident, death in the family, daughter had a baby, surgery, weather, and many many no shows made our problem worse and now he's stopped responding to my messages to finish the job and repair further damage which wouldn't have happened had he handled the job properly. The first red flag should have been noticed when he kept repairing from the outside without ever going into the attic. After many months he finally sealed from the inside but further damage had already occurred. I wish I had known when we hired him that this isn't Matt's primary job,so you won't be a priority and most of the time sends some else. We paid up front $800 and it's just been money in the trash for total incompetence.

I hired and paid Matt P****** of Papaw's Critter Control $806 to remove the racoon and babies and to also clean and sanitize the space were the Racoons feces and urine were located. The Racoon babies was extracted and I was told the mom was gone. A deposit of $300 was paid for this service on April 18, and he placed a trap down and for me to monitor. On April 20th and 23rd I informed him the cage was still empty. He wss suppose to come out April 25th to check the cage no show. His excuse truck had flat. On April 28th he finally comes out with another gentleman just to show him the trap and where the racoon was. This went on for another week. They finally came back removed the babies, placed them in a cage to lure the mother out. After constant excuses through the text messages I have, he came out May 5th sealed the hole, and left. He stated the mother was no longer in the space. I paid him the remaining 456. I then realized my home was not cleaned or sanitized because the stench was still lingering. I then sent him several more text messages a week later stating the stench was still there. To this he responded by text to bleach the area. This was unacceptable. The feces and excrement stench is still in my house causing me to have a severe nasal infection. I tried to reach out to Mr. P****** to come back to my home and rectify this issue but all I'm getting is excuses and to this date 7/8/ 2024 the stench and feces is still in my home.
