      Today, I recieved poor customer service! I received a coupon in the mail from them, and they refused to take it, the managers kept telling me that it is not a coupon when it CLEARLY says it is a coupon! They kept telling me they aren’t accepting my coupon and it’s not valid , ALTHOUGH it says CLEVELAND HEIGHTS LOCATION ONLY! Very Disappointed, they are very dismissive and unprofessional. I am a manager at a food restaurant and I’d never treat my customers that way, especially when proven WRONG!!
      Due to this, I wrote a review in Google and posted a picture of the coupon to furthermore validate my situation. I see why the workers are rude ! The owner’s response was rude. The owner accused me of being deceptive and covering up words from the coupon, but I DID NOT COVER ANYTHING! I’m college educated, a Manager, and I can clearly read. In NO WAY am I being deceptive. I’m only holding this this way because the coupon was folded! The coupon literally says, “Coupon Expires 3/13/25”.

      I purchased 10 chicken wings from Pizza Bogo in Cleveland Heights Ohio at approximately 3:45pm. When I had the opportunity to bite into the drummette (which was excessively large) the meat was tough and pink and the chicken was red with blood next to and on the bone. I contacted the restaurant and was told that they "cooked the chicken for 45 minutes at 400 degrees and it it done! We are in compliance with health department cooking standards!". I offered to bring the wings back to the restaurant so they could check for themselves and requested either a refund or credit. The woman on the phone (who refused to identify herself) rudely stated "we don't give refunds or credits!" I inquired about why this policy is not posted in the restaurant for consumers and she hung up the telephone. I called back to get the woman's name and to advise them of my plans to file this complaint. The man from Pizza Bogo did not identify himself and he rudely hung up the telephone again. A complaint will also be filed with local health departments, as the restaurants sale of partially cooked/raw chicken is a public health issue.
