    April 8, 2024 I went to the ups store to get my educational purpose document notarized by the ups store notary, upon receiving my educational document which was notarized at the ups store it was rejected by my university walden u. the reason for the denial/rejection was due to a mistake the Notary made during the notarization. the notary added the wrong commission date and, consequently the university needs me to re complete the process before I am able to receive financial aid for my courses to become a psychologist. if I do not get the financial aid I will be removed from class. I called the ups store and the individual I spoke with would not give me the owners information so that I could discuss printing the new copy out getting it re notarized and overnighted at the expense of the ups store because this is a time sensitive situation where I can lose a lot. I was told the owner would not consider and I could not get help, even though I clearly did not get what I paid for and it has grave consequences.

    On 4/08/24 I went to ups to have my statement of purpose notarized for college 4/18/24 I was told it was rejected due to error of the ups notary meaning I had to reprint re notarize and resend the document because of fault of ups and its employees.  Per the agreement of the store owner 4/22/24  he was to re notarize and resend at no cost as damages were caused by him and the solution was to make me whole again or as whole as possible I was quoted a 2-3 day delivery at the time in the ups. The owner was alerted that this was time sensitive and that my eligibility for the program depended on the document being received on time as it was on time at the time the ups error occurred, now I am being notified that the document was never received once again a error of ups which further causes me damages. The issue now is the document has never been received in 10 days and the university needs it by monday.
